Hotel Janssen is situated in the centre of the charming town of Valkenburg, with its quaint streets. The hotel is well appointed with a nice lounge and honesty bar. My room was on the third floor, which was quite a climb. However my room was lovely. The only slight downside was the somewhat noisy air conditioning, although it didn't bother me and could be switched off, once my room was warm. Breakfast was served in the basement and was brought to the table rather than the usual buffet arrangement. Everything was fresh, tasty and filling - no complaints there whatever All in all a pleasant hotel, with friendly hosts.

Perfect location on a quiet street, close to a street with lots of restaurants. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, but there are a few rooms on the ground floor. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but is served at your table. You have to go down a flight of stairs with only one hand railing to eat. Because I have mobility issues, someone of the staff was so friendly to set a table for me on the ground floor. Coffee and tea are available for free the entire day.

Top customer service from point of booking onwards. Lovely clean comfortable room suitable for our flying visit and we were served delicious breakfast with plenty of options ! We particularly loved the beautiful egg cups. Thank you for being so accommodating with our arrival.

I booked my stay at Hotel Janssen based on the price and reviews. It turned out to be a great choice. Nice folks, clean rooms, one of the best breakfast buffet I've experienced. 3rd floor room was small, but I slept very well. Close to everything.

Heel goed hotel in het centrum van Valkenburg. Vlakbij de kabelbaan en fluweelengrot en de kasteelreünie Mooie kamers, fijn bed en een heerlijk ontbijt. Personeel heel vriendelijk en meedenkend. Kortom een aanrader!! Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Geweldig hotel en eigenlijk was alles Geweldig. Helaas moesten we eerder weg want ik was van de trap gevallen. Maar zo lief en bezorgd dat deze mensen zijn. Nog nooit zo een goed bed gehad en goed ontbijt en alles super schoon. Wij komen zeker terug. Fam. Moen

Fijn ontvangst, geweldig ontbijt gehad elke dag super verzorgt. In totaal zijn we 3 nachten geweest. De Patio kamer was iets kleiner als gedacht, maar netjes in orde en elke dag zuiver handoeken. Mochten we nog ooit in Valkenburg verblijven komen we hier zeker terug.
