On arrival the desk clerk went out to my friend to tell her where to park then came back to book us in & then went across the road to the garage to carry all our luggage back to the hotel. The rooms were adequate but comfortable with the strangest single beds I have ever seen but had a good night. Perfect position just a short walk from the centre.

You want something modern, boutique or fancy? Don't go to Atlanta. The hotel is a little outdated and a little noisy. Do you want to go to a nice family-owned and friendly hotel with cosy rooms close to the centre with reasonable priced rooms? I'd recommend Atlanta! The rooms are small, but tidy and clean. Breakfast is good and dinner was excellent. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Despite being busy they still make time for you to help you. Their website shows it all. What you see is what you get.

We stayed for 2 nights in December for the Christmas Markets. Myself, husband and 2 children stayed in a family room; my mum stayed in a Single. Both rooms were spacious enough for the number of guests: the family room was excellent! We equipped including toys and activities, 3 childrens' beds in a bedroom that was adjoining the main room but separate enough that they weren't disturbed by the TV. The only let-down is that it is next to the lift which means noisy guests late/early as they check-in/out. The breakfast choice was sufficient but *********** lists this as a 4* Hotel and, for 4* and the cost of breakfast, I don't think it catered for enough different tastes (the only complaint). That said, they didn't charge for breakfast for my 2 children (aged 6 and 2), so it still worked out to be good value. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Great location for walking to the markets, to the grottos, mergelrijk and for watching the Christmas Parade at Walramplein. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families and would happily stay there again.

Nooit meer!!! Ganse nacht lawaai , niet geslapen, blijkbaar niemand aan receptie die hier ingrijpt. Politie langs geweest om gasten op te pakken. Wat een fijn weekend Valkenburg moest worden om uitgerust aan start te staan van gravelrit is helemaal anders uitgedraaid.

heerlijk gegeten met oudjaar, leuk feestje. prima verzorgd, warm, steervol vertier. een mooi authentiek italiaans menu op oudjaarsavond. t hele restaurant gezellig versierd in kerstdagen eindejaarssfeer. valkenburg is buiten ook feestelijk uitnodigend aangekleed. heerlijk genoten vele vaste gasten hebben er een traditie in ❤️

Medewerkers zijn zeer klantvriendelijk, wij voelden ons bij binnenkomst al direct welkom. Familiekamer ruim en netjes/schoon. Medewerkers zeer meedenkend / behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt met genoeg keuze. Als we nog eens naar Valkenburg gaan zullen wij hier zeker weer een kamer boeken!

Gezellig hotel, super schone kamers, hele goede bedden, maar dan het ontbijtbuffet...GEWELDIG! Alles vers en smaakvol. En dan de ligging.....8 minuten lopen naar de grotten door de gezellige winkelstraten. Vriendelijk ontvangen en goede informatie gekregen over Valkenburg. Wij gaan zeer zeker terug!

Een top verblijf! Het personeel is heel erg gastvriendelijk, een goed ontbijt, helpen je waar nodig en het ligt perfect gelegen bij de leuke en gezellige kroegjes, de grotten en de kabelbaan. Enig minpuntje was dat het behoorlijk gehorig was…
