The hotel itself is overdue for a renovation. The heating the rooms are extremely loud, and despite being so loud they do a very poor job of actually heating the rooms. This in combination with very thin bedsheets made for a particularly chilling stay. The walls in the room are also very thin so you’ll hear anyone walking by at any time. I was also very unpleasantly surprised by a surcharge on top of a voucher arrangement. There was no real explanation as to why this is the case other than point fingers at wonderbox. In total we payed €180 for a room that in full honesty wasn’t even worth €90. The breakfast was very stingy. The owner wants you to fill in a day before what you would like for breakfast. For €180 you can afford to just put a banquet and let me choose for myself what I want in the morning, now it feels extremely cheap and stingy. Not a good look.

Klantonvriendelijk !! Kom.niet aan met een bon , dan ben je niet welkom ! Raar aar waar Ze denken dat mensen met een bon , gekregen als cadeau, dat die gratis koen ? Terwijl de bon is betaald en zelfs nog bij betaald . Maar wat niet op site staat en ook niet bij de wonderboxbon , mag je niet in het weekend ! Nou geloof me , al was het gratis, ik hoef niet meer !

Niet de modernste en mooiste kamers maar je kan hier prima slapen. Ontbijt service is prima. Personeel is zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Parkeren achter het hotel voor €15,- per dag. We hadden via ‘Wonderbox’ een kamer gereserveerd €159,- voor twee nachten maar moesten bij aankomst nog een extra toeslag van €89,- betalen. Totaal zonder parkeerkosten €248,-. Dus al met al niet zo goedkoop als Wonderbox doet geloven!

Het hotel is heel simpel, Beetje verouderd, Maar Kort bij alles bij en Desalniettemin gigantisch netjes en proper! Het ontbijt moest je op voorhand aangeven wat je wenste , dat maakt minder verspilling. Maar keuze in overvloed! Prijs/ kwaliteit een terechte 10!

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Ik had een Wonderbox cadeaubon en moest €50,- bijbetalen aan Wonderbox om het verblijf te kunnen boeken echter vervolgens werd ik door het hotel gevraagd nog eens €35,- extra te betalen zonder uitleg, wat betekent dat ik uiteindelijk meer kwijt ben dan als ik rechtstreeks zonder bon had geboekt. Dit geeft mij het gevoel dat ze niet oprecht zijn in hun aanbod op Wonderbox en bonbezitters juist benadelen. De communicatie was bovendien onvriendelijk, helemaal nadat ik om uitleg had gevraagd over de bijbetaling en we voelden ons zeker niet welkom. Dit is niet hoe je een cadeau-ervaring hoort te behandelen.

Waren Aangekomen en meteen verwelkomt door het vriendelijke personeel. Verder mooie en schone kamers, en dat je vantevoren moet aangeven wat je de volgende ochtend wilt eten is goed tegen verspilling van eten 👍daarnaast zit het hotel ook nog op een goeie locatie en zit je zo in het centrum.

Accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner à commander selon une liste proposée. L’hôtel est près du centre de Valkenburg. Seul bémol : l’insonorisation mais c’est un bâtiment qui n’est pas récent et bien aménagé, ce qui lui donne un charme hors pair 😁 Nous avons pu séjourner avec notre chien 🐕 Séjour organisé pour voir les décorations et illuminations de Noël 🎄 🎅🏻

Dachten dat we konden inchecken tussen 14u en 20u bleek dat het gesloten was vanaf 20u en de dame wat ons hielp inchecken vond het niet leuk dat we zo laat nog arriveerden,rest van de staf was zeer vriendelijk. Kamer en badkamer waren meer dan ruim genoeg en heel proper! Geen verspilling bij het ontbijt... Op wandelafstand van het gezellige centrum.
