Hotel very close to the stations and close to the city center. Friendly and attentive treatment. Spacious rooms but with the basics you can ask for.

Buen hotel. Destaco su localización. Tras un paseo por el parque se llega al casco histórico. La amabilidad del personal tanto en recepción como en cafetería fue de destacar. La limpieza fue excelente. Las habitaciones están insonorizadas.

The hotel was built in the early 80s but it has been updated. It is close to the bus and train stations. Rooms are nicely renovated and very quiet so guests can sleep and rest. The hotel has a small fitness center and restaurant. Staff is very kind and attentive. Finally, the rooms and hotel installations are sparkling clean.

A 7 minute walk from the railway station Once again the staff were very friendly and helpful [the only bad staff were in London]. The girls working the bar /caffe were friendly and helpful. The corridors leading to your room were a bit dark not enough light. The room was clean and tidy perfect for our two nights there. bed was comfutable.

Hotel justo para pasar una noche. Calor horrible en la habitación en pleno mes de febrero con 6 grados en la calle. Sin poner aire caliente y con la ventana abierta. No quiero pensar cómo será en verano... La verdad es que por la ventana no entraba nada de aire porque teníamos una pared enfrente. Esas eran nuestras vistas. No lo recomiendo y por supuesto no repetiré.

El hotel está cerca del centro (10 minutos caminando) junto a la estación de autobuses. La habitación era muy amplia y estaba limpia, pero el horror la temperatura. Este puente vino mucho calor y en Valladolid había 25 grados. Aunque en la habitación hay un termostato que indica frío y calor realmente el hotel cuando llega invierno pone la calefacción y aunque selecciones frío sale aire caliente. Mi habitación estaba orientada al sur, pegaba el sol toda la tarde y era como una sauna. En recepción solo me dijeron que apagara el aire y abriera la ventana. Pedí un ventilador pero no tenían. Y como es invierno no hay opción a poner aire frío aunque haya ola de calor. No repetiría ni lo recomendaría.
