A single night stay in the beautiful town of Valladolid to visit Chichen Itza which is one hour away by car. Out stay a the lovely Real Hacienda was just perfect. Spotlessly clean, quiet and so welcoming. The ideal spot for an easy stroll into town. Luis who welcomed us was just fantastic. He suggested places to eat and see and organised transport to ruins for us. He was just fantastic!!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in the 3 months we have spent in Mexico. Julio,Brenda and their staff have found the perfect formula for a top class stay. Nothing was too much trouble.The property is so well designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Loved the lounge and pool areas and the bonus of having a kitchen to use. A few minutes walk from the centre it was perfectly located. We could barely drag ourselves away to go sightseeing but Julio helped us out to arrange a private taxi tour to some of the quieter cenotes which was fabulous. We loved it here.

Real Hacienda is a quaint, yet vibrant hotel. Kitchen with a personal bin in the refrigerator, which needs more ice trays. There’s a hint. Toaster oven and kitchenware. The grounds consist of eye candy everywhere. Pool was clean with hammocks too! I really enjoyed sitting out there early and listening to nature come alive. It was really awesome. The roosters start the show and it became a symphony. My room was comfy and the shower was wonderful, especially after a long walk. Shampoo and soap, even washcloths! The front desk employees were truly the best. Anything you ask, if they don’t know they will find out. Louis was my day guy go to, and a good man. A real asset to Real Hacienda. He even waited with me in front to ensure I got to the station. This hotel impressed me in every way!

Really amazing service both from Luis behind the reception and the owner. Very friendly people, and they’ve helped us tremendously with booking tours/colectivos. Luis already helped us upfront over WhatsApp and was very responsive. The hacienda looks super cozy and welcoming and the rooms are very nice with large beds. Amazing place in all aspects! Totally recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Real Haciendas! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with charming decor and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect — close enough to explore the main attractions but tucked away just enough to enjoy some quiet. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Valladolid!

Simply gorgeous little boutique hotel. Comfy bed and great community spaces. Cute private pool and very gracious hosts. They have amazing self serve coffee and a kitchen to cook and store your food and drinks. There are a lot of birds to listen to. Highly, highly recommend

We spent only one night at Real Haciendas but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff, especially Luis, were so helpful with restaurant, transport and Chichen Itza recommendations. The pool, gardens & lobby are lovely and there is also a shared kitchen which was very handy. It is only a few minutes walk to the main square. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Nice simple hotel with good location in Valladolid. Clean room, small bathroom but it works. Nice poolarea and common areas. Just next door to the cenote and a large market place with fresh fruits. We stayed for 2 nights, would recommend it.
