Hotel Valldemossa is a 5-star hotel, but with at least a 6-star service (their attention to detail is second to none). Manager Selim was not only professional, but so friendly and personable. It took us well over an hour to check in to our room because we were having great conversations over the welcome cava and cold beer. This is not the place that makes you feel like an opportunity for business, the whole crew has the friendliest attitude and service. There’s no need for my comment on the hotel facility, quality of the breakfast and the amazing location and sceneries. If you happen to find yourself visiting Chopin’s home, this hotel will not disappoint. Thank you Selim for your wonderful hospitality, hope to visit again! Cheers!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The highlight was the Piroche Detox Treatment by Amor Garzon in the Spa. Her techniques were transformative, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a getaway with exceptional spa services!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A highlight was the private spa - I enjoyed a massage with Amor Garzon, whose techniques were amazing. She uses Piroche products, adding an extra touch of quality to the experience. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway with great food.

The hotel is in an exceptional location, in full contact with nature. I have stayed there several times, as the Santuario de Amor Garzón is one of the most incredible places I know. My wife and I spent a wonderfully relaxing week at Hotel Valldemossa. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful terrace (though the weather didn't allow us to fully do this justice!). The whole atmosphere was tranquil and calm, with with an understated luxury. There are only 12 rooms, so never any sense of noise, being crowded or rushed. There is a wonderful breakfast buffet, and dinner at the restaurant in the Japanese/Peruvian fusion restaurant was very good indeed. Above everything else, the friendliness, attentiveness and knowledge of all the staff, made it exceptional.

Location, style, and wonderful service all in one fabulous package! My husband and I had a luxurious and relaxing stay at Valldemossa Hotel (IT family brand), a perfect place to land in Mallorca. Would have only been better if we could have stayed a bit longer! Thank you to everyone for making our stay at this incredible hotel special!

Unbelievable experience!! We came here on our honeymoon and it’s somewhere we won’t ever forget! On arrival the place is outstanding, it is pure luxury and everything is done to perfection. This hotel is amazing but it was the service that made our honeymoon. When we arrived we were met by Selim at the entrance and as soon as we arrived he was amazing with us. Our stay would not have been as amazing if he wasn’t there. He went above and beyond at every opportunity, just bumping into him around the hotel there was always something he would do for us without asking. The hotel grounds are obviously luxury in itself, but the service Selim provides makes the hotel what it is. Our stay and experience would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for Selim and the staff. So from the Scottish couple on their honeymoon, thanks for making our stay so special Selim!

The entire trip was amazing! And Valldemossa really made it special. From the moment we entered and welcomed by the lovely Egyptian chap we really felt at home and it set the tone for the rest of the trip! The setting makes you feel like you are in a painting and amenities, quality on the finishes, and comfort all add up inline with the looks! Cant have asked for more!
