Hotel et chambre propre. Personnel sympathique mais pas très souriant. Petit déjeuner parfait mais repas du soir à revoir, le pianiste en mangeant non car besoin de calme. Dommage de pas avoir eu de surclassement de chambre avec balcon alors qu’il y avait de la place . Les chambres au Rez de chaussée vu latérale mer sont pas intimiste vue sur les autres vacanciers.. la piscine et la mer à côté c’est pratique. Il faudrait changer les télé pour pouvoir se connecter à orange ou netflix pour recevoir télé française. La ventilation dans la salle de bain est bruyante. Les oreilles trop plat donc à revoir. Parking gratuit et sécurisé à l’entrée très bien. J’ai trouvé l’hôtel un peu bruyant peu être des gens qui ne respectent pas le silence à bouger des meubles dès 6h du matin …. Hôtel loin de tout ou en tous cas loin des lieux à visiter. Bien plutôt pour famille qui souhaite faire beaucoup de plages

Hotel w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji. Zaraz przy szerokiej, piaszczystej plaży wraz z darmowymi leżakami i parasolami. Idealne miejsce na zwiedzanie wyspy na zachód i wschód od hotelu. Urozmaicone, obfite i bardzo smaczne posiłki. I taka opinia krążyła wśród innych podróżujących. Codziennie inny zaskakujący wybór makaronów, owoców morza, mięs, pizz, deserów, świeżych owoców, lodów. Opcja All inclusive w pełni wystarczająca. Bardzo miła obsługa na sali restauracyjnej, w barze i ogólnie w hotelu. Pomocny i życzliwy menadżer hotelu Luca. Dopytywał nas często czy wszystko w porządku, czy jesteśmy zadowoleni itp. Na koniec zaprosił naszą grupę na wspólne prosecco. Z pewnością tydzień to za krótko na pobyt w tym hotelu. Żal było wracać. Atmosfera domowa, cisza wokół, istny relax. Rezydenci Itaki bardzo pomocni i życzliwi. Wielka 6!!!

Super obsługa hotelowa, ludzie bardzo przyjaźnie nastawieni dla swoich gości. Byliśmy tydzień z ITAKI. Widoki piękne i cieplutko i piękniutko :) Pokoje zawsze wysprzątane wraz z łazienką. Obsługa perfetto jeśli chodzi o restaurację z nie powtarzającymi się wciąż posiłkami. My mięliśmy jak wszyscy formułę allinclusive. Jedzenie naprawdę dobre z dużym wyborem dań. Bar, cóż super!! SUPER duży wybór i do tego Pan DYREKTOR hotelu Luca świetnie mówiący po Polsku miły i serdeczny człowiek bardzo nie zawodny i pomocny. Świetny i przemiły szybki personel Baru w składzie: Pani Michel, Pana Giovani i Pana Manuela- pozdrawiamy Was serdecznie z Polski. Plaża piękna z bezpłatnymi dobrymi leżakami z parasolem i stolikiem, piaseczek i piękne długie plaże Polecam Państwu naprawdę jest BOSKO zwłaszcza ludziom spokojnym i rodzinom z dziećmi. Do miasteczka valedoria 20 minut spacerkiem. Byliśmy tam naprawdę szczęśliwi. Resztę znajdziecie Państwo w opisie nie ściemniają piszą prawdę :))
