Structure close to the sea and the center of the town, good cleanliness and services.

sometimes appearances are deceiving... I stayed from July 26th to August 9th 2024.. and I have to say that it was one of the best holidays of the last few years! exquisite people, helpful, super clean environments and tidy greenery.. always different and very good food! top pizza! Calogero excellent barman!! the sea 🌊 crystal clear and very long beaches.. air conditioning working perfectly! And the staff of fachiro eventi made Luca 11 years old a happy and cheerful child.. I'll just say that he cried for 1 day when we left! very kind lifeguards and a bit of an entertainer!! ♡ we made friends with extraordinary families.. that we will definitely meet.. serenity, relaxation and lots of smiles!! Come on!!! ♡

Strengths: Beautiful sea, beach reachable through pine forest in 10 minutes with a wide availability of sunbeds and umbrellas. Large and clean family room with terrace and window in the bathroom, air conditioning in perfect working order, recently redone synthetic soccer field, courtesy of the staff, willingness to make room available (with a surcharge of 50 euros) for late check out. Large swimming pool with clean water. Parking available Negative points: Old structure, everything relating to the restaurant: veranda unlivable for lunch at the end of July due to temperatures of around 30 degrees and only one totally insufficient split, canteen-like food, total absence of fruit for both breakfast and dinner, cold drinks for breakfast undrinkable as they were too sweet, absence of ceramic dishes (only paper cups) with children forced to eat milk and cereals in soup bowls. Among the negative points also: air conditioning motor that discharges water just outside the entrance door, lack of any kind of attraction or entertainment in the immediate vicinity, lack of showers and bathrooms in the affiliated establishment, wardrobe without shelves, dirty structure outside the rooms. Overall 3 stars because it still has a completely accessible price.

Very nice and welcoming place very close to the beach of San Pietro but above all my 5 stars go to Calogero the barman, a professional, polite guy and above all a cocktail artist, his gin and tonics are worth the whole holiday.

The structure presents itself very well. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fridge, TV etc., however comforts such as mattresses and pillows should be improved. The cleaning of the rooms has always been impeccable. The receptionists have always been kind and helpful. The food has always been varied, the second courses are excellent while the first courses could be improved in terms of cooking the pasta (often overcooked or not very seasoned). The Sardinian menu is excellent! It would be nice to see some sheets of carasau bread in the bread basket every day and not just on some occasions. All the staff were impeccable, from the entertainment to the waiters, bar service etc. The proximity to the sea is another strong point. Well-equipped beach service.
