The location is great - It's in a quiet neighborhood, but only 5 minutes from great coffee in Flat Rock or great restaurants in Hendersonville. And 30 minutes to Asheville and the Biltmore. There is full hall bathroom (with shower) steps away from a well equipped workout room and a home theatre room upstairs with a big TV and sectional sofa (could be a spot for kids to sleep.)
