Good food and staff. Not good about air conditioning , they don’t turn until summer time. Not good fridge, it doesn’t work well.

Located a brisk 15-min walk from the centre and station, this modern, clean and friendly hotel was a delight. Typical rooms for this type of hotel with very large beds, all maintained to a high standard. Yes it neighbours a dual carriageway beyond which is an industrial estate, which features a large Kellogg's factory so hardly heavy industry and during our stay it was not an issue. Rooms have air con, so no need to open the window. Friendly staff, welcoming bar and a restaurant which delivered a good breakfast and an evening meal much better than those in the equivalent UK hotel

To start with : Valls is not a nice place and this hotel is located about 2 km from the town centre, next to an industrial area, the main police station and some low-cost housing buildings. Unfortunately, one of the factories nearby emits a very unpleasant, sulphur smell ... not all the time, but regularly. For that reason, you can't leave the room window open, even if inside it is too hot. Of course, we can't blame the hotel for all that ... But although we were supposed to have a "Superior" room, we had no air conditioning, no correctly functioning wifi, no correctly functioning refrigerator and no correctly functioning lighting. The manager will tell we should have complained about all this, but we don't travel to spend our precious time complaining : we just want all these things to be OK from the very beginning ! Moreover, cleaning (esp. of the bathroom) is very superficial and communication with the reception before arrival (via e-mail) was rather unfriendly. For the price we paid (about 115 EUR / night without breakfast) this hotel is just not good. Not good at all !

Comfortable hotel, nice new and clean rooms, good breakfast, fair price, many parking spaces available in the large fenced outdoor parking lot. Quiet and well darkened. In short, an excellent stop, just 20 km away from the AP-7, on the road to/from Barcelona.

Hotel de 3 estrellas situado a las afueras de Valls con una relación calidad- precio bastante correcta. Tiene parking exterior gratuito y calles alrededor donde poder dejar el coche si el parking se llena (zona blanca). La habitación estaba limpia, mobiliario bastante nuevo y sin desperfectos, silenciosa por la noche. Me ha llamado la atención el formato de los interruptores de la luz para poder graduarla al gusto. Desayuno tipo buffet, bastante variado tanto dulce como salado, fruta fresca, con diferentes tipos de leche y también microondas. Lo recomendaría sin duda y repetiría si tuviera que volver a dormir por la zona (íbamos a realizar una cata en las bodegas Padró en Brafim). Como sugerencia al hotel diría, que las almohadas no son demasiado cómodas y nunca está de más tener acceso a una manta en el armario, a pesar de esto, repito que dormimos perfectamente. Por otra parte, me gustaría decir que la tortilla de patata del desayuno deberían de cambiar el formato de hacerla o conservarla porque no estaba buena...no se podía comer.

Todo perfecto menos la experiencia del spa. Teniamos reservada 4.45, llegamos 2 o 3 minutos tarde a recepción porque por la hora la siesta fue cortita, esperamos 5 o 6 minutos más porque estaban atendiendo a un grupo de personas. Y cuando nos atendieron en recepción nos dijeron que habiamos llegado tarde, que tenían que llevarnos ellos, que teniamos media hora pero ya solo quedaban 18 minutos, que 5 minutos antes nos avisarían para que saliaramos (es decir, en 13 minutos, porque estaba reservada la media hora siguiente (estilo sermón), que si no nos lo habían avisad de que teniamos que llegar antes... hasta que dijimos que fueramos ya para no perder más minutos porque había que bajar al sótano y explicarnos como iba. Nos acompañó, hicimos sauna gimansio ducha y hidromasaje en 8 minutos y a las 6.15 no vino nadie para la media hora despues reservada. En definitiva fue más bien un antispa. Sería mas adecuado en esas situaciones empatizar con el cliente y su expectativa de vivir una experiencia de relax, no de estrés. Por lo demás todo bien, teniendo en cuenta que está situado en un polígono industrial.
