What you see is what you get. The room is exactly the same as the picture, a little smaller, but it has everything. The location is good, halfway up the mountain, the restaurant faces the sea, and the view is good

We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant with an even better view and a most attentive server, Franco, helping us. The meal was very reasonably priced, and as it was three courses, my husband and I shared it (we were saving room for a big dinner). Franco did not care it was shared, and was still very attentive. The meals are also very reasonably priced. I had fresh fish for my meal, with an avocado and shrimp appetizer. The view of the hills and bay are exceptional from this location.

The noise at night, from the hotel music being played outside on the patio, is extremely loud and kept us awake. Additionally, the loud music from downtown (which is right below the hotel and Cerra Conception) playing at the same time, all night long, made it impossible to sleep. We would NOT recommend this hotel despite its beautiful location and friendly staff. The rooms are old, run down and cramped and not worth the price. Breakfast is average.

El hotel , solo por las vistas, tanto a los cerros como a la costa, ya es un imperdible en Valparaíso. A esto le añadimos unas habitaciones encantadoras con una decoración clásica en el mejor de los sentidos y una limpieza impecable. Es un auténtico monumento en Valparaíso en el que resulta un acierto alojarse.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en el Hotel. La primera vez fue sola y la segunda, en pareja. El hotel esta bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno es rico! La habitación en la que nos alojamos era espaciosa y cómoda, con un baño limpio y con una vista muy bonita. Me encanta el lugar y es fácil de llegar, cerca del centro, de restaurantes y museos.

Certes, la vue. Mais un verre sur la terrasse suffit. En tant qu'hôtel, j'ai rarement croisé pire. Chambre minable, bruyante, pas d'eau chaude, lampe de chevet cassée, petit-déjeuner à partir de 8 heures seulement.... En France, il serait interdit depuis longtemps.

Estimados Me aloje en el hotel con reserva desde el 29 al 1. hubieron varios inconvenientes al momento del alojamiento. - No estaba mi habitación y me designaron otra. - No tiene cortinas(tenia un rollo con un pvc). - No tiene calefacción o aislación, el frio que ingresó fue igual a estar en la calle. - Cama pequeña, dormi con los pies fuera de la cama. - Ropa del huésped o alguna persona previa. - El aseo de los muebles, pesimo. Se sentia sucio y pegajoso. Al comunicarme con la encargada (ruth) no me dio solución alguna indicando que no me devolverá nada y que me" arreglara con Booking " Me dio el nombre del dueño. Nelson morgado reservas@brighton.cl Solicite la devolucion del dinero y me indicaron que yo tenia la culpa por ser muy alto.

Hotel charmant à l'architecture typiquement locale donnant sur la baie de Valparaiso, accueil tres sympathique, chambre confortable et tres propres. Restaurant de bonne qualité proposant des plats sudamericains avec des prix imbattables, excellent pisco sour.

Extremadamente ruidoso y mal equipado! La casa es hermosa pero muy mal conservada. Habitaciones poco confortables, mal aisladas térmica y acústicamente. Desayuno ok, atención muy amable. Vale para una vez, ojalá entre lunes y jueves, nunca en fin de semana.
