Absolutely awful. Had to change rooms as the first was filthy. The receptionist was understanding and put us in a different but family room. This was better but still dirty. For example the large round table had food still caught in the cracks. Yuk!!! We hired the sheets which were fine and crisp, but the blankets appeared to not have been changed EVER!!! The pillows were meant to be white but were brown stained and disgusting. The pool isn’t heated so for us as adults just too cold to enter in May. The restaurants nearby are also bad, I was told that the cleaning was left at the discretion of the previous guests. We left the apartment spotless for the next arrivals. My advice is avoid.

Malgré un prix accessible (vente privée et hors saison), l'appartement est resté bloqué dans le passé avec des équipements non adaptés et vétustes. Si en plus le ménage n'est pas fait... c'est très décevant. Et ne pensez même pas à faire le tri des déchets... il n'y a qu'une poubelle dehors (ou vous devez emmener vous même vos déchets en déchetterie...). Heureusement que la localisation et la région sont attractifs.

Nous avons aimé la vue mer qui laisse rêveur. Hors saison le prix est très abordable et nous avons passé une superbe semaine. L accueil a été top. Le petit bémol serait la propreté du mobilier extérieur à notre arrivée... Un rafraîchissement serait à prévoir (matelas et frigo plus grand) mais pour 1 semaine de vacances c est plus que suffisant! Place de parking attibuée; piscine; calme et zenitude nous ont accompagnés lors de cette semaine. Merci Vacanceole!

1500e la semaine : pas de Clim donc impossibilité de dormir sur la mezzanine… se retrouver donc à 4 sur des matelas au sol dans le salon… literie pas confortable du tout au passage…l’état de la salle de bain et de son rideau de douche lamentable… un frigo trop petit pour 6 qui ne refroidit même pas… et j’en passe….je ne parlerait même pas de la piscine pas propre du tout….Et tout ceci sans wifi ni réseau par moment … seul point positif et je dis bien seul : la plage à 2 minutes.

Résidence agréable située à 3 mn à pied de la plage. 25/30 mn à pied du centre de Valras-Plage (marché...). Appartement fonctionnel mais literie à revoir, pas de ventilateur (penser à l'apporter ou dormir fenêtres ouvertes donc bruit). Wifi absent mais nous le savions. Une place de parking par appartement, si 2e voiture parking gratuit dans la rue mais il faut trouver une place.
