I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vancouver and staying at this amazing hotel, which truly made my trip unforgettable. The front desk staff were incredibly kindTheir detailed explanations about local attractions, transportation, and dining options were invaluable and helped me make the most of my time in the city. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring. The location was perfect, making it easy to navigate around the city. Suite with one bed in a room, two beds in the main room which is an open studio to a kitchen. Small balcony too!
Great location at the end of Robson Street so can walk into the action, but still fairly quiet.
Prob want to open the windows to air the room out a bit after cleaning, but perfectly fine.
Watch out for small charges. We didn't hit any tripwires, but there is a 2.4% charge for credit card and clean up fees if you leave dirty dishes and such. So don't leave in a hurry!
Check in and check out was quick. The hotel doesn't seem to have facilities, but when you have a kitchen in the room, quite OK!
Would def go again. Note that the old hotel name is still on the front, so don't be confused. Worked out fine.

Great price and location. Situated close to popular restaurants and downtown core. Interesting artwork displayed at the front entrance. Hotel could use some updating but would expect rates to soar. Would definitely stay here again

I came to Vancouver from the island without a car. The hotel was easy to fine and close to excellent shopping and restaurants. Large windows overlook the city. I appreciated the large refridgerator and freezer.

Hotel location is super perfect which nearby the centre point of Vancouver, many restaurants surround hotel especially Korean food, and we stay in penthouse floor which can look at the north side of Vancouver and hills. By the way no special facilities and service here and some of furnitures in room are getting old and not plenty clean although they charge me cleaning fee before check-in

Excellent and Friendly Staff. Safe location. I love the neighborhood! I traveled solo for business. Great price value. Very Clean! Wonderful accommodations and amenities! I am pleased.
