"Checked in around 1900 using a code sent to my email, place looked clean, except for what looked to be black mould on the windows and some corners of the bathroom. Can’t lie, the room smelled funky — like sour sweat. No clue where it came from. Around 2200, loud banging noises outside my door. Kind of scared me because there were no other locks on the door other than that electronic keypad.
Overall, not the worst stay. Okay for one night because there really isn’t much to do in Vandel and the location is relatively close to Billund with the bus stop a walkable distance away. Ended the stay off with a nice sunrise in the morning, which was a plus."
"Foreign countries are really not suitable for this resort hotel (the room is far from the main station, and it is distributed in different areas), the bedding such as quilt cover is used up, and it has to be dismantled by itself and sent to the main station. The water heater malfunctioned at night, and the reception desk replied that the workers had been off work and could not handle it. Let us go to the public restroom to wash. The key is that it is still raining outside."

"Passing by on a business trip, the price/performance ratio is okay, and the public restrooms and showers are quite clean. The service staff are enthusiastic. Self-driving tours are okay. It's enough to take a nap and rest your feet. Thumbs up!"
"The hotel is not big, about 15 minutes walk from Legoland and 25 minutes from Lego House. You can walk there if the weather is good and you are not tired. The free bus is the city shuttle, which runs every half an hour. The pick-up point is about 100 meters north of the hotel, a very small waiting shelter. You can also take it to and from the airport, otherwise it will cost more than 100 yuan to take a taxi (6 kilometers away). The front desk and restaurant are in the center of the hotel, surrounded by one or two-story guest rooms, and there is enough parking space outside the guest rooms. The room, breakfast and value for money are OK. There is a RV campsite on the north side of the hotel for 5 minutes walk, where children can play, and there is also a small supermarket and restaurant. Of course, the truly affordable supermarket is to go south from the hotel, go west around the island, and walk for more than 10 minutes, there is a local supermarket (opposite to Figure 7)."
"Very nice hotel conveniently located for the Legoland and Lalandia. Nice swimming pool and sauna (separate for men and women). Very tasty breakfasts. The onsite restaurant was closed during my stay but the hotel has a deli store with sandwiches, salads and snacks."
"The room is quite big, it can accommodate two adults and three children. We had one adult and two children and we felt that we were at a big loss! The hotel service is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here to play Lego. There is also a Lego hotel next to it that is cheaper than this one. The Lego house, which is a few minutes drive away, is especially worth going to, and is more worthwhile than Legoland. After all, Legoland is in many places."
"We recently stayed here on a summer trip to Denmark. The hotel is within easy walk to Legoland Park and The Lego House (although the signage in Billund pointing you to Lego House is a bit confusing and really send you to an off site parking lot). Staff were nice although seemed exhausted and overworked. Summer is busy here and the guests were mostly other families with young children from across all of Europe. Being in the on-site restaurnt for breakfast buffet was loud and the lobby/main area of the hotel was also really loud with kids hyped up running all over. We did not know that this property DID NOT have air conditioning. We were here during a heat wave and the room was like a sauna. The window could only open about an inch. It was stiffiling. The frequent noise of planes arriving/departing Billund Airport was also not great and with that and the heat really kept us up. It was not an enjoyable stay at all. We learned the newer Lego ”Castle Hotel” next door has air conditioning but they had no rooms open for us to switch to. If you need to do laundry you can go to the Lego ”Holiday Village” which is their campground and buy tokens for the wash/dry. The laundry room is behind the store but when I was there the store only had large boxes of laundry detergent in stock. Why wouldn't they stock a smaller size as no one is doing laundry for a month or more on vacation?! Our room was a kingdom room at Hotel Legoland and the theming was great althoug hthe room was a bit dark. I think overall the hotel is overpriced for what you get. "
"The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the airport. It was self check in, but always someone there to help. We got there late at night n was able to order food, which was really good. There are free shuttle buses on the hour, to the attractions. Just ask which side to catch the buses (it at the back). Definitely recommended. I would rather wait in the lounge area there, than the airport. Plenty to keep the kids occupied too, Lego, games, puzzles and books."
