Cleanliness could use some improvement. Pillows smelled of someone else’s head sweat. Found hair in bed when I pulled comforter back. Bathroom floor was not cleaned well but shower and toilet were fine.

Everyone who worked at the hotel were nice and polite. The rooms were fairly clean but the fold out couch had really dirty upholstery. A good cleaning or replacement is overdue. I paid 200.00/night, which I thought was too high and received one-ply toilet paper that your fingers just torn through. Did not appreciate that at all. Tissues were a bit better but not much. Bedding was passable but pillows were pretty flat. The room itself was small. I feel that these things may sound picky but for the nightly price, I expected more. The hotel also does not do breakfast which is not reflected in the higher cost. I really liked the location which was the high point of the stay.

It was the night of my 50th birthday. The room was GREAT! I HAD A ROOM IN THE CORNER WHERE YOU COULD SEE THE OHIO RIVER BUT I GOT IN REALLY LATE SO SLEEP WAS THE FOCUD AND THE BED FELT GREAT! ROOM WAS VERY BIG WITH SOME SEPARATION TO THE COUCH AND TV AREA! LOVED IT. BE MINDFUL IT SAYS RIVER VIEW ON THESE ROOMS BUT NOT ALL ARE!
