Beautiful views 100%.
Breakfast same every morning but not very bad.
Room not 100% clean.
Toilet door can not lock and the room door very annoying complicated to open.
My bad on the pillow and on bed/sheets I find a lot of hair also on the floor. The bed not well made.
The lift very slow. But the guy in reception very friendly and helpful.
The building too old,the picture in trip.com and reality very different.

Not really what we expect from a 4 star hotel. The floor in our room was dirty and the bathroom also could’ve done with a clean. The beds were clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning service is not up to scratch. The location is good because it is near to the main area. The price per night is low which is good but still for a 4 star I would expect the floors and shower to be clean.

First, they gave us for 5th floor, may be that room is not clean yet and has very bad smells. Bed sheet, pillows, floor and toilet are totally hells (has very bad smells). Table mirror has broken and need to change new one. So I requested to change other room and got at 4th floor but toilets needs to be more cleanliness and also the same for pillows, floor and tower needs to be more cleanliness. Thanks.
