The restaurant and food was good. Rooms were average no windows available. Bathroom shower was not working. Staff was courteous.

The location of the hotel is its USP, which is just near to dashashwamedh ghat and Temple (700-900 mtrs only). Rooms are clean. Hotel staff is good and helping specially Govind jee. The Bathroom is very specious and toiletries provided in the rooms are also good.

As we taken deluxe room the room was too small . but the location was lots of connectivity and food was good and lots of varieties only one reception person was there who was not much helpful and supportive but overall staff is good n helping

Rooms were moderate. Amenities were Average. However main concern is the service. They will take forever for room cleaning, and more forever for ordering breakfast, lunch. Also ,notable thing is they don't take orders after 9pm. I mean that's the basis time for dinner. They will say they are short of staff. We stayed for 3days, and the reason was there for everyone. Even while ordering Tea in breakfast, I was said that tea won't be available due to shortage of staff.

Location is at very good place. It's near the Baba Vishwanath temple. Bedsheet and blanket were not properly washed and cleaned. Foods quality are very good.
