Staff at hotel were excellent. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was a bit tired. Special mention goes to Sushil our waiter who went above and beyond. Trip arranged with Suhail guide Akash at travel desk was first class. Overall we had a most enjoyable stay.

I was a guest in room 320 on 30th January and had misplaced some things in the hotel and was very upset but the hotel manager was very professional and had my belongings in his custody and contacted me and returned them Great service and thanks 👍

I stayed with my family here last week while on a religious trip to kashi. It's an average hotel with spacious rooms. They honoured an early check in for us as we landed in the city quite early. However we found the rooms to be spacious but lacks detail cleaning. Washrooms were not clean and the tub was specifically very dirty. There were residue from previous shower in the tub. Which floated while we filled the tub. Even the hot kettle had a lot of build up in bottom. Thank fully we have a habit to check it before every use. Wife saw some thing suspicious in bottom and tried to reach out with a tissue and found a huge residue in bottom. As if not cleaned for years. Staff and hospitality is average. Overall I found it to be very expensive when I compare it to the price I paid vs the services and experience I received.

Hotel was very good___________ Service very nice _______________ Housekeeping boy priyanshu nice___ behaved and good clean my room___ And the good thing there are so many shops to shopping everything and It is a little far from here, Ganga Ghat, Kashi Vishwanath Temple and other temples are nearby, I felt happy coming here
