Hotel staff are courteous but a) they don’t give towels to us b) water bottle is only one at the time of check in instead of two which forced us to purchase another bottle c) initially they agreed for driver stay but later they refused to give bedding to him.

I booked this hotel after recommendation from my family. It is located close to baba vishwanath temple, sankat mochan and even railway station. House keeping, reception, food service were excellent. I booked two rooms and in one room the mattress was not good. Also you can smell all the restaurant food what they are cooking once you are in walkway between rooms. Because of this giving 4 star.

Overall a good hotel with nice location. Rooms are well appointed and of good size. Staff is real courteous and food too is good with very reasonable prices. They just need to improve house keeping a little

It was good & comfortable journey. Planned out well due to pre-booking during highly busy vacation time. Just was little away from ghat so everytime was to book auto for ghat & mandir darshan. And the room lights were yellow & dim. So got g looming effect. Otherwise everything was fine

It was a nightmare to stay at this place. But we have already booked room and were short of time so we were not having options. There were cigrette lying on floor. Every corner was having dust which they cleaned after repeatedly asking. No soap shampoo in washroom. Food was pathetic. There was no salt in food and they didn't even send salt after calling many times. We also have to wait at checkout bcz there is only one person who know how to make bills and he was not available at that time. I strongly recommend not to even think for staying at this place
