I really liked the hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfasts, finally I saw bacon at breakfast) I was very pleased with the cosmetics in the bathroom - there was even talc, aloe vera, scrub, body cream was very nice, the skin was velvety. We ordered a taxi for an early departure, there were no problems, the car arrived on time.

We stayed in this hotel for our days in Varanasi.
Modern hotel, very comfortable and organized. High standards of cleanliness and excellent cuisine;
courteous and helpful staff.

nice hotel, very comfortable. the food is great and the pool is wonderful. the only downside of the pool is the view, sadly it looks over not the greatest part of town. they do have a shop but it's hours are weird and different than posted also the signage is wrong. signage throughout the hotel could be improved, it's tricky to find the pool, spa, shop, etc...

Overall, good service, good bar, good food! The rating 3/5 was given due to noise nuisance. On a Saturday night there was loud DJ music and pounding vibration in my second floor room until 2.30am, which prevented us from sleeping. I called reception to complain twice and there were no actions taken. I did leave a review at the hotel and reinforced the problems to front desk staff upon check out once again, very politely always, and silence was all I got in return. Unfortunately, this stained our stay and I wouldn't recommend the place if you want genuine rest ina 5-star hotel.

Bad Hotel with really bad service from staff especially the front desk. Really pathetic it turns out to be really a lodge experience. Ac does not work in the room. Staff takes ages to bring food or shifting rooms. Less staffing and also over hyped with fake reviews on Google which made me visited here. That's the reason we should always book brand in hotel which is 5 star not just named to be a 5 star when they don't know to treat the guest nicely. I would never recommend anyone coming back here.

The hotel was very nice. The staff here is very good and the food is very good. The service is very good. The view of the hotel is very beautiful. We feel that we have stayed in VNS. It is very good that we have stayed.We enjoyed playing gym and swimming pool. The water was very clean. We also enjoyed the indoor games

This hotel is simply fantastic. We stay here for one night.Hotel is very good.Rooms are big.neat and clean and are modern.Bathroom is too good .Food quality of restaurant is very good.Specially the Eggless cake served is very delicious. Buffet breakfast is very good.

While booking the hotel I was not sure about this hotel. The hotel was far better than my expectations. Rooms are good sized, clean and neat bathrooms are well maintained clean. Restaurant was in ground floor was nice the food was tasty. Good breakfast in morning many choices. I checked out for spa but looks like it’s closed maybe due to higher charges. Overall hotel is good for staying
