We stayed two days in low season. They assigned us a room that should have been deluxe, very small, the cleanliness of the bedside tables, desk and green velvet chairs left much to be desired and there was no support for luggage. We cleaned chairs and surfaces with a towel that in the end was very dirty. The mattress was comfortable and we slept well. The staff we saw is very Tunisian, unpleasant and unprofessional the Tunisian gentleman who served at the table who put the fork on the table holding it by the prongs. There are no tablecloths on the tables even though the prices are not very low, the food was still pleasant and even the breakfast is plentiful. Desserts are not recommended, the profiteroles are disgusting. At the reception, however, they were always kind.

Terrible! I left the rental house where I spent the holidays with my mother and my newborn daughter to spend the last 3 days of August in a hotel. I paid for the junior suite with a non-refundable rate days before and when we checked in we found it smelling of cigarette smoke. We were promised a solution but they simply aired the room for a couple of hours, with little improvement. Imagine the inconvenience of finding another place and moving all the luggage with a newborn! To this day I am still waiting for the refund of what I paid because they said it could not be issued at the time…

In June I went with my two dogs and we had a great time. Now on the phone, two months later, they tell me that the management does not accept two dogs. Of course, I leave one on the street. Very convenient central location, a minute walk from the beach and a minute walk from the center. Very convenient supermarket in front. Lots of parking nearby. Dated room but with all the comforts. Good breakfast, both salty and sweet. Excellent value for money

I booked a single for my mother-in-law. The period was the week of August. I do not hide that I was afraid of finding the usual Ligurian structure, cheap and not very helpful. Instead I was truly surprised positively, by the kindness and attention shown to customers. Do not expect luxury, do not expect first fruits and high-tech accessories, but if you want to find a clean solution, where the food is more than good and abundant and an excellent service, well this solution is perfect. (let's not forget that we are in Liguria!!!!) truly excellent experience.

Stavo soggiornando a Varazze con mia mamma e mia figlia di 1 mese e abbiamo deciso di prolungare di tre giorni le nostre vacanze all’hotel in questione. Il giorno prima del check in ho pagato più di 400€ sull’unghia per la Junior Suite, ultima camera rimasta. Il giorno dell’arrivo salgo in camera appena rifatta e c’era un insopportabile odore di fumo di sigaretta. L’ho fatto presente e ci hanno promesso di arieggiare (inutilmente!!) la camera fino alle 15, per cui ci siamo dovute buttare sotto il sole delle 13 alla ricerca di un posto dove pranzare e far mangiare la bimba. Rientrate la camera aveva ancora odore; ho alla disperata dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione dell’ultimo minuto spendendo praticamente altrettanti soldi. Ci hanno assicurato che ci avrebbero rimborsato con bonifico, abbiamo inviato l’Iban e dopo ben OTTO MESI sono ancora in attesa di riavere i miei soldi. Ora la novità: “in via del tutto eccezionale hanno accettato di farmi il bonifico ma trattenendo 20% per spese amministrative”. Per aver battuto sulla tastiera il mio nome e cognome… allora battete anche questo: SIETE RIDICOLI!

Prima volta in questo hotel con cane e parcheggio interno Le stanze tutte nell' ala non ancora ristrutturata sempre ben pulite da personale gentile .La cucina anche a detta dei miei figli è super direi anche molto abbondante.Da migliorare secondo me,la colazione del mattino dove si formano code tipo collegio penso risolvibile con altra macchina del caffè? Per il resto posizione ottima bel giardino con arredi che ne rispecchiano l epoca. Penso appena possibile tornerò
