I really enjoyed emerald palms so much with my family . Receptionist miss Jaya She helped us to do easy checkin . Mis avita help me to guid about local restaurants n all . I also like to mention miss Muskan from happy hub she makes us enjoyed . It’s in a very good location beach is also near the resort . I checkout the day of 26 th January I really enjoyed the flag hosting program with dance and singing .

Shramika is a very energetic, courteous and helpful. She serves with a beautiful smile.. Arun ensured my request for gluten free options for sweet and breakfast. Renuka has been very helpful and served with a smile. Rooms need to be upgraded.

Overall the location is far, but the set up is good and spacious .Hospitality is very good and all the staff employed are very friendly and courteous. Service good and prompt. Food was quite tastily prepared. Games facility has variety and interesting. Rooms very comfortable.

You will always get a big sized rooms with large balcony in emareld Palm. Neat and clean rooms with best and fast services we got in our 1BR. Bar near Pool area is small but great in services. Really happy to have such a great time. Happy to share the same with family and friends.

During our recent stay at the property, we had a booking through RCI and CM membership. We found the holiday experience to be extremely comfortable and relaxing. The entire team at CM Emerald palms was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We would particularly like to acknowledge the Front Office & Reception team members like miss salony,Dolly,Renuka,strella Mr. Ghanshyam ,Mr.Cliff for assisting us.- The Housekeeping associate Manager, Mr.Ashay , and his team did an exceptional job in maintaining the property and Room service We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the staff of Restorant Mr.chris, Mr.Yogesh,Mr. Somnath Mr.Ramjan ,, who were extremely helpful and supportive. We express our thanks to the Emrald team for their excellent hospitality, and we look forward to visiting again.

Stayed for 4 days, it was really memorable stay. The rooms were clean & spacious, staff were very courteous & always there to help. The food was also very tasty though would have loved some variety in the spread.Chef Vikram & chef Yash was personally attending to the needs of the guests & prepared a very tasty Goan fish curry specially for us. The location of the resort is also so close to Varca beach which was not at all crowded with shacks on the beach for some local flavour. Overall very pleasant stay & really enjoyed every minute of it.

We dined at the restaurant, found the services of the staff exemplary. I would like to name a few of the staff( Sramika,Yogesh,Suraj, Anjali,Dinesh&Pramod)who were very courteous and prompt in the services.Upkeep of the restaurant is also very good

It was amazing experience.. Visited this place after 6 to 7 years.. Loved the ambience, rooms, staff, housekeeping everything.. This property is near varca beach... Specifically shramika restaurant staff, Anushka from public relations and raisumai are the people who's names are worth mentioning.. They helped us a lot... Thank you for this amazing vacation...
