A wonderful experience....a wonderful place.....excellent quality/price ratio. Courtesy, education and friendliness are the strong points of this hotel. Excellent breakfast, very clean, tidy rooms and hotel, efficient staff. ...The owner is a beautiful person....my friend and I felt at home......we will return soon.

Unclear staff. They charged us the full cost of the service even though we canceled the reservation. Before continuing with the cancellation we obviously and rightly contacted the hotel staff for any information on the matter, who assured us to continue calmly and that they would cancel the booking themselves from the portal without charging us anything. This was not the case! Two days later the payment was automatic even though no service had been used on our part. We contacted the Booking platform several times and they informed us that to get a refund the hotel in question must send them an approval, which never arrived. Making money easy? They succeeded. They will surely have lost some customers and will have secured some bad publicity :)

I stayed at this hotel one night with my family. I give two stars and not one for some positive aspects. The positive aspects were the staff, kind and friendly, the convenience of the secure parking and the entrance - the well-kept garden - and the hall and breakfast room, which were beautiful and bright. The room was very, very disappointing - I also saw others open when passing through the corridor - it was not clean at all (and the lack of hygiene was serious) and the furnishings were spartan and not very comfortable. But the decidedly scandalous and inconceivable things for 2023 are the absurd smell of smoke in the room and the bathroom, where the shower was one with the sanitary fixtures! In practice, if one took a shower (an idea that never occurred to me at all!) the whole place would get wet, I don't know how one could then go and do one's business and in fact, the shower was taken wherever one passed. with shoes to go to the health services! Something absurd and paradoxical. It definitely needs a renovation. I recommend choosing other solutions - also because this hotel is often used by the hour....

Upon our arrival we were offered a room change for free from a classic economy booked to a superior one!!! Incredibly polite, professional and helpful staff throughout. Beautiful structure, room equipped with all comforts... free internal parking

Upon arrival, Giovanna, a girl with classic Neapolitan charm, welcomed us with a smile and immediately put us at ease; then we met Raffaele who was also very kind and helpful and finally Giovanni, the owner, an apparently rude man but in reality very nice, kind and hospitable. If we were to return to Naples it would be the first place I would look for accommodation.
