Leggo ancora recensioni critiche e datate. Conosco il ristorante da quando è stato riaperto e posso assicurare che molto è cambiato dai primi giorni grazie all'impegno, alla dedizione e agli investimenti per migliorare una struttura dalle forti potenzialità per lungo tempo tralasciate. I risultati si vedono. Ottima cucina. Personale gentile e disponibile, locale curato nei dettagli che rendono raffinata la semplicità. Panorama mozzafiato. Complimenti!

Un martedì spettacolare in un luogo da sogno. M sono ritagliato la mattinata da passare al Sacro Monte e per pranzo sono stato raggiunto da mia moglie con la quale abbiamo mangiato un misto di ravioli fantastici (quatto tipi diversi, ma non chiedetemi di fare una classifica, tutti hanno vinto ex.equo). Gentilezza e professionalità, come dire "SA FA FARE"... PS Meglio se in compagnia!

Ci siamo fermati attratti dalla vista. Abbiamo chiesto la disponibilità di pranzare (2adukti + bimba di 3 anni) e , giustamente, non avendo lrenotato ci dicono che dalle ore 12.30 dobbiam attendere l'una e 15. Attendiamo e ci viene poi detto da una cameriera che dobbiamo attendere le 14...facciamo presente che ci era stato indicato un orario ben diverso al che la collega ci fa accomodare. Entriamo...la stessa cameriera(mora con occhiali) ci chiede cosa ordiniamo da bere...bere che arriverà dopo i primi....primi che ordiniamo come :2 tagliatelle al ragu e 1tros d tortelli. Arrivano : tris d tortelli e...gnocchi al ragu....al primo piatto di gnocchi facciamo presente che avevam ordinato tagliatelle..il cameriere dice d andare a chiedere...abbandonando il piatto a noi. Torna con un secondo piatto di gnocchi e senza dar spiegazione lo lascia e se ne va..SOLO perche avevamo la bimba piccola abbiam tenuto comunque i piatti ma...nei gnocchi c erano residui di tagliatelle...nolto probabilmente cotti nella medesima acqua... BERE: Arrivano dopo 25min le bevande...1 acqua e 2 birre medie...birre medie che chiediamo d rifare in quanto piu di metà bicchiere era schiuma...la solita cameriera porta via scocciata le birre e le riporta ancora piu scocciata.... Conto 70 euro. MAI PIU ASSURDO SERVIZIO PESSIMO

Preso un tagliere che doveva essere abbondante: una fetta di mortadella, una di salame cotto, una di coppa? Una di prosciutto , una di mortadella di fegato e tre scaglie di formaggio….. di qualità scarsa ( per quel che si è potuto provare! E anche un po’ vecchie! Per fortuna a richiesta ci è stato dato un po’ di pane….

Location incantevole, vista mozzafiato, albergo pulito, cibo ottimo e qualsiasi richiesta personale è stata soddisfatta. Staff disponibile e cordiale. Un grazie speciale al sig. Mario e alla sig.na Carmen che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Speriamo di tornare presto in questo angolo di paradiso
