My wife and I always enjoy celebrating our Wedding Anniversary in Velden, and we've returned to Hotel Post many times over the years. Unfortunately, the Austrian hospitality from Family Wrann is no longer evident. Instead of the warm welcome we usually receive, my wife and I were just told to place our luggage in a room that we apparently had to find by ourselves. We also noticed that no one offered us towels, nor an entrance card for the beach. When we asked if it were possible to visit on a day we were guests - we were informed that would cost us an additional 44 Euros - even though most of their chairs had been empty day after day......The focus of the discussion was about getting us off their property by 11am. Hotel Post used to serve wonderful, rich breakfasts. But their offering this year were quite meager. No fruit, except for some unripened cantaloupe, and stale bread. Their staff cleaning all around us before breakfast even ended was apparently our signal that we were no longer welcome. During checkout, the only question Vanesa asked us was about a bottle of water we'd consumed from the minibar, and how we were going to pay for it. It's disappointing that Family Wrann is no longer interested in checking with guests during their visit, or receiving feedback when they leave. Hotel Post does have a wonderful Wellness area, but we're perplexed as to why they don't open it until the afternoon. It doesn't matter though, as my wife and I will be closing a different hotel next summer.

Pros: 1.easy check in and check out. 2. Very centrally located near all velden attractions and train station. 3. Beautiful interior. 4. They access to a private Beautiful beach which is a great plus. 4. Breakfast simple and tasty just next to a small river wich is very relaxing. 5. Very nice restaurant in the evening. 6.Excellent value for the money. Cons: nothing to be mentioned. If you are in Velden do not look elsewhere, perfect place.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen Velden ,fußläufig zum ******, sein Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht , der SPA-Bereich sehr umfangreich und äussert reinlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer sehr großzügig ,an den Balkontüren sollte dringend eine Vorrichtung angebracht werden das man sie auch von aussen verschliessen kann (Rauchertipp ;) ). Kleiner Kritikpunkt liegt an der Auswahl des Frühstücks in dem 30 Minuten vor Ablauf der Frühstückszeit einzelne Produkte aus dem Sortiment kläglich nachgebracht werden und den Zimmerservice, der gerne auf das reinigen einzelner Zimmer vergessen dürfte. Das angeschlossene Restaurant für das Abendessen ist ebenfalls eine Empfehlung. Hier passt im Verhältnis zum angrenzenden Umfeld das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Rundum aber ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

Avrei dato anche 4,5 come punteggio. Camera tripla bella spaziosa, bagno grande con doccia ampia. Tutto ben riscaldato e pulito. Ottima colazione a buffet, sia dolce che salato, buona scelta di tutto. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa. Posizione comoda a tutti i servizi di Velden. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile per gli ospiti.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Velden, freundliches Personal beim Check-In, saubere Zimmer. Begrenzte Anzahl von Parkplätzen vorhanden. Gutes Restaurant direkt im Hotel. Preislich ganz in Ordnung. Ein durchaus gelungener Aufenthalt.

Schönes Hotel, Sehr gute Lage , die paar Minuten zum Strand nimmt man gerne in Kauf . Das Badezimmer extrem sauber und schön , meiner Frau und mir hat das Retro Radio sehr gefallen 😄 Parkplatz hatten wir auch bekommen…Danke Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet farblich und mit stilvollen Möbeln -gute Urlaubs Stimmung Kommt rüber . Ich komme seit über 25 Jahren jedes Jahr nach Velden Erstes Mal hier …..im Hotel A B E R …….. Zum Ablauf vom Service Am Abend - die Chefin begrüßt,platziert, macht Getränke ,serviert Speisen ,räumt die Tische ab usw…..ist eigentlich überall …..keine Kritik alles top aber etwas zu viel finde ich ! Leider hat die Chefin etwas müde gewirkt, weil sie mehr gearbeitet hat als ihr Personal…. Echt schade….. Frühstücks Personal (war sehr gechillt) nur 50% anwesend und nicht wirklich interessiert - am Unternehmen Ich musste immer als erster grüßen um wahrgenommen zu werden das war leider im ganzen Hotel so ! Extras werden nicht angeboten, Ham and Eggs oder Rührei usw…. Die Kinder Stifte und Papier hab ich mir am zweiten Tag immer selbst geholt Ich gebe trotzdem gerne volle Punkte ….weil das Essen *TOP* ist -wirklich sehr gut !!!! und die Chefin natürlich Familie Alexander K.

Hallo Wir waren 7 Nächte da. Frühstück war sehr lecker mit viel verschiedenen Speisen. Die Zimmer waren auch super sehr hygienisch und sauber jeden Tag wurde es frisch gemacht und frische Handtücher bereit gestellt. Was ich sehr schade finde das weder ein Guten Morgen oder Guten Abend gewünscht wurde noch eine gute Heimreise nichts. Was auch ein negativer Punkt war ich wollte mit meiner Tochter auf eine Pizza gehen neben an und fragte um ein Tisch der Kellner sagte ich soll die Chefin fragen. Danach ging ich hin und die besagten Chefin sagte nein sie haben kein Tisch frei ich sagte ich bin ein Hotelgast und ob ich evtl drinnen sitzen kann da ein gewitter schon aufzog und es blitzte schon und es regnete schon leicht. Sie sagte darauf nein drinnen ist keine Bedienung und draußen ist alles voll. Sie half mir nicht bzw. Bemühte sich keineswegs eine Lösung zu finden. Ich ging und denke mir meinen teil. Ich ging danach zur Rezeption und fragte warum ich mit meiner Tochter keinen Tisch bekomme ich dachte das Hotelgäste bevorzugt werden. Sie antwortete kalt nein das ist zum reservieren und ich solle mir eine Pizza rauf ins Zimmer nehmen aber ich muss unten bestellen. Wollte das auch machen jedoch wurde ich von jedem kellner ignoriert und nicht beachtet. Ich war dann so sauer das ich woanders hin ging. Personal mäßig echt schlecht. LG
