Отель удобно расположен, в отеле чисто, персонал работает четко. В целом очень понравилось. К минусам можно отнести слабый напор воды в душе, остальное на уровне.

Me and my wife were staying at this hotel one night while visiting the city. It's located a 5-8 minutes drive from the train station. Or a 30 minute walk. The hotel looks a little worn from the outside, but the inside is clean and warm. We stayed in a studio room. After we figured out the air condition the room got comfortable. Water boiler, refrigerator, hotplate. Tv and wifi. The view to the backyard wasn’t that exciting, but our room was also one of the cheapest. We didn’t hear a sound from our neighbors..

Удобное месторасположение. Вежлевый персонал. На этом всё. Здание бывшего завода, отопления нет( сплит система с подогревом) В связи с этим, приём душа как на улице... Горячей воды из крана не дождаться (( И это в отеле 21 века??! Мне кажется, что просто не удачно было выбрано помещение, но концепция не плохая...

Хорошее расположение отеля. Чистый, современный номер, есть кондиционер, фен, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, плитка, если кому-то захочется приготовить самим. Сначала показалось холодно в номере, кондиционером на 28-30 в первую ночь нагрелось, вторую ночь было отлично и комфортно. Есть общая кухня, чай, кофе дополнительно можно всегда взять на ней, там же утром в 8.00 для всех номеров приносят боксы с завтраками (яичница, омлет, запеканка) и булочка из соседней пекарни, вкусно. Окно выходило на стену здания, плотные шторы не раскрывались, это не помешало проживанию. По цене и качеству вполне приятный, нормальный отель. Можно останавливаться по работе и семьей

Забронировали номер для двух взрослых и ребенка. Вечером попросили втрое одеяло, нам его отказались дать. Как так…в итоге бессонная ночь без одеяла под кондиционером (иначе духота) Это просто одеяло, вот такой сервис классный…зажали одеяло

Хуже отеля в разрезе ожидание/реальность я еще не встречала. - затхлый запах при входе в отель, в номере то же самое - «завтрак» представляет собой бокс с сырниками. Кухни нет. Приходишь, забираешь из холодильника свой бокс, варишь кофе отдельно за 100р, идешь есть в номере, приборов нет - полотенца застиранные, уже не белые а серые - грязное ковровое покрытие - стоимость за одну ночь 8.800 это просто ад за такое Отдельный косяк (но не по вине отеля), перепутали бронирования и вместо 2х местного заселили в 3х местный с тремя раздельными кроватями. Но здесь отмечу поведение администратора: ни одного «извините» в процессе разбирательства. Также, в процессе нашего заселения девушка приняла звонок и несколько минут принимала другое бронирование. Сюда больше ни ногой.

Забронировала номер заранее, в бронировании запросила возможность заселиться чуть раньше, сейчас не сезон, это не составляет никаких проблем. Сама, как бывший сотрудник отеля, знаю это наверняка. Ответа от службы бронирования не получила. Расположение в центре, бесспорно, но в самой неприятной его части. Здание отвратительного вида. Внутри, конечно, ремонт, но снаружи отель вызывает ужас. Поэтому когда мне предложили за "ранний заезд" в 11.30 доплатить половину от стоимости номера, я была рада покинуть это место.

Чистый, небольшой номер. Есть всё необходимое. Для семьи из 3х человек ещё подойдёт (если ребёнок спит с вами), но в четвером уже тесновато. В номере есть всё необходимое. Завтраков нет, но с обратной стороны здания есть пекарня, в которой можно позавтракать или взять кофе и пойти в рестик. Персонал приятный, вежливый. Рядом с отелем магазины Магнит, 5ка, Чеснок. До кремля 10 минут прогулочным шагом. Проблем с парковкой нет, рядом можно легко найти место.
