To start i never leave reviews but the experience was so bad i felt i needed to. Firstly if you are English do not come here We came here for a week on the 1st of sept and as advertised its near the airport so we flew over from the uk, the flight from Stansted is quick and easy the arrival at biezers airport is very fast we were off the plane and out of the airport in a matter for 40 mins. But from there the problems started. There were no taxis at the airport and no busses. We asked for a taxi number and everyone there was so rude and in the end and english expat came upto to us and told us to use an app called bolt to order a taxi ( frances version of uber) so we downloaded it and within 20 mins had a taxi. On arrival to the de yole euro camp qe went to reception by this time its 4.10 pm we were told we had to give card details for a deposit even though the website says cash deposit is accepted at reception they wouldnt allow it. They then checked my number was correct and told me when i get a text message i can go to the next reception in the middle of the complex for the keys to the chalet. Its now 8 days later and i still havent had said text so a hour stood with my partner and my 2 year old abd 4 year old id had enough so went to the reception to find the keys were there. Its a 5 min walk and with 3 large suitcases and all the carry ok bags ect needed for kids snacks, colouring books ect and having a baby to carry it was such a chore and no offer of any trolley or assistance even though the staff are constantly driving rpund on golf karts. The key reception is in the middle of the main area so again we were left stood for 30 mins feeling stupid with all cases ect to be given the keys and a map and sent on our way. The next leg was a 10 min walk again with me loaded like a pack horse with all bags ect and cases and even my 4 year old had to drag a case we arrived at our chalet to find a dirty, tiny chaelt that stuck of urine and aircon that didnt work. When booking we paid to upgrade to an xl chalet due to wanting a large covered balcony with gates to stop my toddler escaping. We were given the smallest most basic option available. I then had to walk 10 mins back to the key reception and wait in a 45 min que to get to the desk. I showed the lady the paperwork stating i had booked an xl chalet and was told they cant do anything and i had to contact eurocamp uk who i booked with or pay to upgrade to an xl one ( which i had already paid for and cleary said it on my booking) after 9.hours of travelling i had had enough so went back to the piss stinking tiny chalet for a sit down and i emailed eurocamp uk it was closed by then and i got an automated response so we thought lets go and get some food and supplies for the holiday so went to the restaurant in the main area and sat at a table. The waitress came over after 10 mins to take a drinks order and the second i spoke her attitude went from how can i help you to, what do you want we then we igno

Great all round self catering park. Everything you need for a great holiday is available- small supermarket, take out food, ice creams, boutique shop, restaurant. All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Always a service with a smile - lots to do onsite - very clean all over the park. The pools are fabulous- whether for just a dip or keeping the kids entertained The security guard for the pool area is such a happy and charming man x

Stayed for 8 days in a comfort bungalow as a family of 4. Absolutely loved it here, pools were great, caravan was clean, loads for the kids to do on site. We hired a car and had some lovely day trips to Carcassonne and Sete - would definitely recommend doing this. Staff on the site were so friendly and accommodating- we had a problem with our dishwasher on our first day, we reported it and by the time we returned it had been replaced with a brand new dishwasher! Entertainment team were great, and a special mention to lifeguard Arthur who gave our boy some swimming lessons - he was so kind and patient and improved his confidence in the pool enormously! Our son said he wants all his swimming lessons with Arthur now!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The campsite appears to have made a huge effort recently to transform the play areas and invest in an excellent team and it really shows. The staff were wonderful and appeared to be totally dedicated and enthusiastic. A special thanks to all the animators who were incredible, particularly the children's club from 3pm to 5pm every day. Another highlight was the entertainment. It was fantastic. The Littles played so well in conjured up an atmosphere similar to that created by the Beatles. Pulp was brilliant too and we were particularly impressed by their ability to just sing and play any song that the audience requested, without computers or sheet music. Quite remarkable. The nearby beach was fantastic. Just what you wish for, and was well worth the effort of the 10 minute or so walk to and from the camp site. The pool and slides were brilliant. Such a brilliant experience for our four year old and she enjoyed socialising with the other children on the camp site too. The staff at the pool side were particularly kind and full of good humour, even though the rules are strict about only wearing swimming trunks and not swimming shorts (as is the case in many parts of France and wasn't a problem for us). The mobile home itself wasn't brand new, but it was comfortable enough and not too close to the neighbouring mobile home. It was a little dark at night because there's no LED ***** lighting to mark out the path, but that also wasn't a big problem. The reception staff were always very helpful. We really liked their recycling initiative whereby surplus food, vegetable oil, pasta (and even an inflatable flamingo!) can be inserted onto a set of shelves or in a fridge for others to use and enjoy. That was really handy for us as we didn't have a car and we both took and left items and were pleased to have cut down waste. The shop is worth a mention too. It was reasonably priced and we loved the local wine, which you could fill up your own bottle with and pay by the litre. The local buses are good too, when you get the hang of them and excellent value at 6 euros for a carnet of 10 tickets. Perhaps the review would have been different if we had been there during the peak in July or August, rather than the very end of August / beginning of September. But for us, it was simply perfect.

We had such a wonderful holiday with our 3 year old (his first holiday)! The site was an Ideal location, a short walk from a beautiful beach. Pools were great, slides were fun and it wasn’t hectic busy as most kids had gone back to school which was ideal! Handy shops on site, we didn’t sample the restaurant, mainly as we did our shop at the huge carrefore about a 5min drive away and cooked in the cabin. We stayed in an ultimate 3bed 1 bath just for some extra room and it was perfect. Staff were friendly, place was clean and honestly, couldn’t complain at all. Even when my little one locked himself in the bathroom and we were unable to get him out, staff came so fast to help! We were nervous as some of the reviews on here are harsh, but I guess these things are all subjective. This was our first eurocamp and we’re coming back next year! Absolutely loved it!!

Felt I wanted to leave a positive review after reading all the negatives before our holiday which worried us unnecessarily! We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, premium cabin which was great and had everything we needed. There is no BBQ but you can hire a hot plates from the supermarket which we used most nights and cooked on the decking. The shops are more pricey than the supermarkets but have everything you need, the pools and slides are fantastic and always clean but you can't take food and drink by the pool which to be fair keeps it clean and there are areas next to the pools to get a snack/drink etc. The evening entertainment we thought was great but yes it's loud and carries on till 11pm but if you can't beat them..join them, you're on holiday!! The beach is a short walk away and is lovely but there's no facilities so take food and drinks with you and a parasol as no shade there and just down the road from the beach is Triangle Pizzeria which we really enjoyed and ate there twice. Yes there's security about, which people complained about, but we found them very friendly and they did a great job and all the staff were helpful!

This park has become far too noisy late at night. Other residents make too much night, well past midnight. Which is against the park rules. However, night security do not enforce. We have used the park for a number of years. It was originally owned by a local vineyard. It has since been taken over by the parent company of Eurocamp and standards have fallen. We won’t be going back.

Wow that was a busy place! We used the camping pitches for our camper van and a tent for the children, with electric hook up. We had a dusty corner pitch (8176) with little to no shade. Yes there were ants, but they are on all pitches. If we left trace of food they came out, if we didn’t then they didn’t bother us. The site is DEFINITELY geared to the lodges and euro camp type accommodation. The pitch up camping felt like an inconvenience to them. Electric hook up did not take a normal camping cable. Had to drive to get an adapter to fit (see pic). The reception were no help and didn’t really understand the issue., despite the vast majority of campsites still using the normal orange cable with blue socket hook ups. Pool was ok and slides were less than expected sadly. Queues for slides were always long and space in the pools and sunbathing area was always limited. Would benefit from an adult only pool area. Lots of on-site facilities which helped as the nearest supermarket was a drive away. Prices were obviously higher than off site shops. A short cycle to local shops was less than 3min which gave access to a mini market, bakery etc. Access to a very clean beach (300m) was easy via a security coded gate. Beach was busy, but it was the height of summer, so expected. Little or no waves so very good swimming conditions for all the family. Could paddle board on there if the wind was low. Showers by the security gate were a great help when returning from the beach. Nice enough, but won’t return. Just too busy for us.

After reading previous reviews we were quite worried about our upcoming visit here. I’m pleased to say that our experience was the complete opposite! We booked with Eurocamp in a chalet and it was fabulous. We arrived on site at 2pm to be told the chalet was ready for us by nice friendly reception staff. Our chalet was spotlessly clean, in a great location, close to the main pool and supermarket. Yes we could hear the evening entertainment but it finished early enough and wasn’t an issue at all. Entertainment wise we thought it was fantastic. It was mostly in French but you’re on holiday in France! My son took part in one of the games in the swimming pool and the man went out of his way to speak English to him. So much to do, make sure you check the board as we missed some which we would have definitely gone to. It’s a large site so when going in school summer holidays chances are it will be at capacity. Whenever we went to the swimming pool we were either offered a sun bed or managed to come across some. My children loved the pools and the slides and were desperate to go every day. I preferred the lagoon pool so we made good use of both. Supermarket sells everything you need, we had a hire car so did go to the local Carrefour to stock up on things. The little boutique shop is well stocked and the bakery is really handy too. We found the security around the site to be spot on. I like to know they’re doing their job and ensuring that people aren’t just using the facilities when they aren’t supposed to. We’ve have been on Eurocamp holidays for the last 11 years at a range of different sites and this has definitely made it in our top 3!
