Bad experience, apartment that deserves a complete refresh, paint with black marks everywhere, shower support, bathroom lamp, rusty, damaged..., bedding, absolutely, unspeakable, mattress, bowl-shaped, musty smell , throughout the stay, without explanation from the rental company. Only one roll of toilet paper available for two bathrooms, unfortunately alone, the location is good, the rest should frankly be avoided.

Historic building in an excellent location. The rooms of adequate size and comfortable. Too bad about the sofa bed, the net was all crooked and we preferred to put the mattress on the floor. At these prices they should really change it to a decent one.

I'll be brief. Excellent location, between the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco. The Campo Bandiera building (the rooms are on the third floor) is decidedly pleasant. The apartment wouldn't be bad either if I hadn't encountered the following problems, caused above all by the terrible maintenance: - air conditioning not working; - broken fridge door; - handles on some doors that come off; - environment literally infested with mosquitoes and no devices (plates etc.) to defend oneself; the first night I literally spent in sleep, under the covers (and as mentioned without air conditioning); - not even a welcome bottle of water; - an espresso machine, which can now be found everywhere, wouldn't hurt. In short, all serious defects, especially if you consider that it is not a cheap accommodation.
