房間：設施很新，裝修的也很漂亮，但是房間所謂小套間，比想象的小，而且洗手間台盆沒有多餘的地方放洗漱用品，很不方便。
地理環境：非常好，出門就是各大奢侈品店，離聖馬可廣場才幾百米，非常方便。
服務：總體感覺不好，這個價位的酒店服務應該讓客人覺得温馨自然熱情才是。例如：我已到酒店就覺得房間不夠大，想要升級到下一個level的套間，前台帶我進房間的工作人員完全就是敷衍的回答，要加價800歐元一天的（Upcharge）那就是説一天的房價要近2000歐元但是我已經很明確的告訴她就要比現在的套間搞一個等級而已。她完全沒有專心在聽我説什麼，衹是簡簡單單告訴我一個很貴的價格知道我不會要這個房間。態度明顯是不認真和不用心在幫助你解決你的需求。
還有就是，我們要趕早班機，沒時間吃早餐，答應好的早餐盒會放在前台的，也完全沒有準備，前台工作人員一點歉意都沒有，也沒有任何補救措施或者費用上的補償。 因為房價非常高，早餐費也是，兩個人要好幾百塊，雖然不是大事情，但是這種服務和酒店的高價格，完全不匹配，體驗感很差。
早餐：很差，衹有兩個套餐可選，服務員點餐很匆忙也沒啥耐心，出品也很差，我要單面但結果來得時雙面的，煎得很老口感很差。
總之，這個酒店如果是這個價位，絕對不推薦，除了硬件，服務讓你總體覺得不舒服，工作人員的熱情很假，讓你覺得其實很冷，總體體驗很差，至少我是不會再選擇這家酒店的。
