I strongly advise against booking this hotel. My husband and I had a terrible experience. When we arrived, instead of admitting they had overbooked, the staff made up excuses about a supposed water issue. They left us outside, stranded in Venice during peak tourist season, with nowhere to go. Finding another place was nearly impossible, and we were left in the cold, confused and frustrated. The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and barely spoke any Italian or English, making communication impossible. Even worse, we have yet to receive a refund for a booking they failed to honor. This place is dishonest, unreliable, and has zero regard for guests. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

terrificante, sono stato in quest'hotel con la mia famiglia per una notte perchè il giorno dopo sarei dovuto andare a Venezia, appena arrivati all ingresso er presente una pianta e una postazione dove fare il check-in. fatto il check in, siamo stati accompagnati al piano superiore attraverso delle scale di emergenza sul retro. arrivati nella stanza (abbastanza piccola) c'era solo un matrimoniale (nonostante fossimo in 4), un bagno con doccia e water, senza bidet, e una TV non funzionante. poi ci venne data un altra stanza con 2 letti separati dove ho "dormito" io. nella stanza era presente una TV start e un condizionatore non funzionante, il bagno era in comune. per quanto riguarda i dettagli, il materasso duro e altrettanto il cuscino. per il rapporti qualità prezzo veramente terribile 150€ per un hotel in quelle condizioni. assolutamente da evitare
