We stayed at Ca' Lavezzera for a few nights. Happy with our stay. In quite location away from the hustle and bustle. Our lovely host was there to great us and show us to our room. They sent us directions through whats app which included where to go from the train station. Our room had French doors which opened up onto a balcony which then had beautiful view of a canal. Nice to have a cup of tea and something to eat in the morning and just look at the water. The room was average size and floorboards very squeaky. Room and bathroom were very clean. We had dinner one night in the restaurant in the square right near the accommodation. There was a kettle, biscuits, jams and spreads in the room which was great if you are looking at something lite to eat. We absolutely loved Venice and everything it had to offer. Great hotel and great location.

Quiet location and beautiful rooms. However calling it a bed and breakfast when there is no breakfast is disappointing. Apparently the website says they don’t serve breakfast in winter. Also the staff leaves at 3pm so there is not really much onsite help when it comes to restaurant recommendations etc. the street leading to it off a square in completely empty at night…wouldn’t recommend for woman traveling alone who is going back after 9pm (at least in. On peak season)

We were all really impressed by this little B&B, it was very venician in its decor and the location with regards to the main attractions was fantastic. The owners were lovely and happy to help and give advice and the breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. A review had mentioned that it was located “down a alleyway and possibly scary at night” but we disagree with that comment as there are 2 ways to get to the B&B so the alleyway could be avoided and to be completely honest, the alleyway is not scary as most of the streets in Venice are similar, plus if you do go through the alleyway there is a lovely little cafe on the corner through there which is great to sit and have coffee at or a drink later next to the water. We had 2 rooms, our daughters was a twin on the first floor and we had a double on the ground floor. Both were air conditioned and were a generous size with ensuite bathrooms and some chairs & a table to sit at so that you don’t have to use the bed. The owners also provided some local biscuits and a bottle of fizz for us on arrival which was a really lovely gesture. Our only slight drawback was that the reception desk was right outside our room so occasionally felt like I wanted to whisper if someone was there but to be honest the owners were only there in the morning so not much of a problem and it certainly wouldn’t stop me from returning and I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Location is great, reasonably central but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Arrival was fine with pre-arranged times, information sent through was really helpful. It is a little difficult to find but if you follow the instructions sent before arrival, you will be fine. Rooms are very well decorated, lovely quaint area of they City..

Es una casa de huéspedes. Tiene 5 habitaciones. Es una casa muy antigua, de hecho hay bastante desnivel!!. La habitación da a un canal. Muy, muy tranquilo, no se escucha ningun ruido. El baño está bien. El trato del personal muy bien aunque apenas los vimos. Te Dan una llave y un código para poder entrar y salir.
