The location is great, 2-3 minute walk from Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto station. Not far from the main attractions and the train station. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. We had a room facing south and can see the Grand Canal. The room was clean and the bathroom is pretty big.

This property is conveniently located, specifically if you arrive in Venice by car. It takes about 12 minutes to walk from it to the San Marco parking garage.
It’s roomy, with 2 bedrooms, and great views from the windows! You actually get to see one of the canals.
It seats across the bridge from a small square with restaurants and shops, and is within a 5 minute walk to the water bus stop (Vaporetto).
Their customer service was very friendly. All communications were made through Whasapp.
I loved my stay! I hope to return someday.

Комната без кондиционера, все стены и потолок в трупах комаров и в пятнах их крови, комната маленькая и не очень чистая. Находилась на 3 этане без лифта, подниматься по душному и узкому коридору. Не смотря на высокую цену номера, ни тапочек, ни воды, ничего.... На чек лине нам забыли сообщить, что комната готова и мы сами им писали, чтобы заселиться, хотя вещи принесли заранее. Душ отваливался и лил в другую сторону, комната не первой свежести, никаких цветов, как на фото, конечно не было. НО самое ужасное это акустика, все крики и шум с улицы и от соседей - был у нас в номере, мы не спали всю ночь, это было ужасно! Вид из окна на громкий проход и крыши домов, солнце прямо в лицо..... Огромные деньги за такое условия, чувствую себя обманутой и уставшей! Хозяева вам будут врать, что все не так, но они пишут неправду, окна у нас были закрыты и шум был и от соседей и снаружи. (просто невозможно заснуть с затычками для ушей) Кондиционера у вас вообще нет, там даже нет для него выхода, жара такая что можно задохнуться. И на счет комнаты мы написали им после 15-00 и они написали, что забыли нам сообщить. А еще нет никакой веранды и фото на Букинг не соответствуют реальности. Не люблю вранье......

Wir hatten Zimmer 4, mit einem kleinen Balkon, über ein Fenster erreichbar. Da das Haus auch sehr alt ist, ist alles etwas schief und auch das Bad inmitten von Balken gebaut. Es hat seinen Charme. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 15 Min von St. Marco, 15 Min zu Fuß durch die schönen kleinen Gäßchen. Venedig ist traumhaft und nicht so teuer, wie viele berichten, wenn man nicht gerade am 1. Platz etwas Essen und Trinken möchte.
