The location of the hotel is very good. It is within a 10-minute walk of the two exhibition halls of the Venice Biennale. After visiting one exhibition hall, you can go back to the hotel to rest before going to the other one. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to St. Mark's Square. There is a boat berth three minutes away from the hotel, which is very convenient for taking a boat to San Marco Airport. My flight was delayed and I didn't leave the airport until after 9:00 pm. There are also buses and boats to get to the hotel. The sea view from the room is very beautiful. The hotel owner is also very nice and provided a lot of useful help and information. The staff is also very nice. When I went out in the morning, I met a female cleaning staff who asked me if I needed a bottle of water to take away. The hotel room is very spacious, and the refrigerator has a variety of drinks and milk, which is very practical and convenient, as well as cereal and biscuits. Breakfast can be taken care of in the room.

The room was unexpectedly spacious, newly renovated and very comfortable. Open the window and you will see the seaside. It is a two-minute walk to the pier and the transportation is convenient. Unfortunately, there is almost no front desk service, but online inquiries will be responded to in a timely manner.

Very pleasant and well located accommodation. It is quiet, away from the many tourists, in addition to being close to a ferry stop and a 10-minute walk from San Marco. The view is incredible and the staff adorable, I recommend!

The accommodation was just as good as the pictures and reviews suggest. We arrived in the evening and it was easy to get there by vaporetto. Although the last blue line already left at 20:20, so you had to hurry to get from the flight to the boat. The distance from the terminal to the piers is approx. 500m. In the Vaporetto, you should listen when the stations are called, we actually missed Arsenal, but it wasn't a long walk from the next stop either. The accommodation is located a pleasant distance from the sights. We walked several times to Rivalton Bridge. Everything on the island was within walking distance, so the location was perfect. The room was clean, there were refreshments and snacks in the minibar. The contents of the minibar were included in the room price. This was a fantastic place to base for our 4 nights in Venice. It was not far from the vaporetto stops and also it was easy to walk to the nearby attractions and had many food choices just south of the accommodation. Not to mention the little cafe below the building and the gelato shop. The host, Giampaulo, was always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He would always listen to me rambling with a new Italian word on each occasion he was in the front office with a cheerful smile. The room had a view of the canal right in front and was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and on the first night Giampaulo supplied a bottle of wine and on departing some venetian biscuits were also given to us as a thankyou. I would not hesitate to stay again as it is quite peaceful and very comfortable within walking distance of main attractions.
