The location was very convenient. Very close to the bus station from airport, allowing us to leave luggage before exploring. The breakfast was served with variety of food. Most importantly the receptionist and everyone at the hotel was very kind and friendly.

I arrived in Venice after 11 PM yesterday, and I must say, it was quite an adventure! Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception of the hotel I originally booked, so we found ourselves wandering around in search of help. Other hotels were fully booked, and just when we were starting to lose hope, we stumbled upon this amazing hotel as a walk-in. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and quickly found a room for us. The hotel was so warm, cozy, and clean. If it weren't for this hotel, I might have ended up sleeping on the street! 😭
And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables and bread, along with delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ludmila was a gem throughout breakfast. She kept checking in to see if the food we were enjoying was good and if we needed anything at all. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Venice. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience ♥️♥️

Excellent new hotel 100m away from Santa Lucia station. Just opened less than 2 months ago, excellent service and modern new rooms. Breakfast was good with decent options, the only downside I can add is that eggs to order are not included and are charged extra. I think that they should change this policy as almost every other hotel includes eggs to order for breakfast. One amazing gesture when we arrived was the complimentary fruit basket, free bottle of sparkling wine and complimentary mini bar. Almost no other hotels offer this service and that would make me return in an instant. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The room is quite new and clean. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. As the hotel is located on a main street, there are many tourists, so please be careful with your belongings.

Brand new boutique hotel located right on the avenue next to the station. The decor is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is rich and well-equipped. The bed and pillows were great. The free minibar and welcome dessert are a big plus. Very satisfied.

The location is great, next to the train station and water bus. The room is quite new, with a small terrace and good service. There were a lot of mosquitoes at night. I got up twice in the middle of the night and killed more than a dozen of them. I don't know if they came in through the cracks in the door.
