One of the most horrific experience of staying in a hotel!!!
The hotel room wooden door are old with marks of being broken. The floor and windows are dirty. The lamps are tilted and looks so unattended. The furnitures in the room are so rundown, the bed is too soft and linens are dirty. Worst of all is the attitudes of the people except one young guy. They don’t seems to welcome Asian people and they thought we are poor people. They claims that they are 4 stars but they don’t worth a star! I will never recommend this hotel to my lists of friends are are travelling to Venice!! Never ever!!

Nice hotel not so near to San Marco,but also good enough.
The breakfast was poor and not so choose.
For 1 night it's possible.

Great location!
The hotel still uses traditional hotel keys, which can be left at the concierge if needed. Room is clean.
The Aircon is very old and hardly any cool air comes out. Hence, I don't recommend the hotel for hot days / summer season.

very good hotel. Didn't realise just how good the location was until stepping off the airport transfer bus at the main bus station. close to both the bus and the train station. Staff very good, hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good. has a lift and very strong room WiFi. Will definitely book again if ever back in Venice.

More like 3 stars hotel.. the breakfast is ok. I didn’t slept well at night. The room and the bed is very small
