The hotel is perfectly located, in the arch of the Piazza San Marco. Clean and cozy. Everything is new. It's a pity there are no hooks for outerwear, we had to hang them on the door handle. It's unclear why they didn't provide for such a trifle. We stayed for 3 nights, they don't change the towels. They just refold them. Good breakfast, but disgusting coffee. And

It was perfect!
A single small downside on the room from which there was no daylight passing (dark) so much it was landlocked at the corner of a small alley, but spending our days outside it was not at all disturbing, it was very pretty, pleasant, modern, comfortable and functional!
I also recommend the restaurant part which is delicious and the staff was available and pleasant
