This is not a luxury hotel, but… the staff were supportive, the room was clean, breakfast was sufficient, the location excellent and the cost competitive. One complaint is that WiFi is only accessible in the immediate area of reception, not in the rooms, but otherwise the hotel is a good base for seeing Venice.

No elevator, no one to help with luggage, staff did not seem too interested in helping us...Will definitely not stay there if I ever come back to Venice.

Overall, our experience was actually pretty good. But as a bad point I can say that from the beginning our room was changed with another one, actually a smaller one and it was pretty cold inside. The breakfast was good, the employees were very very friendly and kind and helpful. If they will work a little bit at the heating and cleaning side, I will come back.👍🏼

I have been in 1 Star Hotels better than this “3” Hotel.
We had to change rooms 3 times, and today I’m actually changing to a different hotel.
AC does not work in ANY of the Rooms. All Rooms we were in had broken shower doors, broken Toilet Seats, Broken Shower Heads. The picture below will show you the dirt from the bedside table!
I wish I could post a pic of my body but it has been eaten by Mosquitoes all over.
If you like EXTRA EXTRA firm beds and pillows. This place is for you.
The only reason this hotel has a 3 Star Rating is because of their Hotel Empire. They own 7 Hotels in Venice.
Staff are rude, they make excuses! Hell I think a B&B even has an Iron you can borrow, they do not.

The hotel is very cute and very Venetian. The decor is colorful and antique and it makes you feel you are part of Venetian royalty. The location is amazing and within walking distance to many activities and great restaurants. You can look out the window and see the gondolas passing by. We loved this hotel the only issue was that there was no available WIFI/internet in the room! The WiFi was only available downstairs in the lobby and restaurant. This is a bit inconvenient if you are an international traveler. Staff were respectful and some very helpful.

It was better than my expectations since Google reviews and trip.com reviews were not very good. It is true that room is too small but bathroom was okay. However, it was not that clean and the blanket was not that good. I think I will visit here again if it is way cheaper than current price.
