Pros.
Room was great . Comfortable and spacious . Couple with a 7 months old baby.
Front desk was very helpful on everything great stay. Breakfast was good
View was great too . Tuck in a nice corner . Not too much tourist will be there . So a quiet place
Cons.
Heater in bathroom was not working and telephone was not working well.
Far from the station if u are carrying a lot of luggage recommend a water taxi or porter services.

Nice hotel. Clean. The room was dark with not enough light. Fortunately, the light in the toilet is bright enough….. near by all restoran & shopping mall, train station. Small village feel Relax.

The hotel is about 13 minutes' walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. If you don't have any luggage and walk fast, you can get there within 10 minutes. The hotel is right in front of the Venice Canal, with great scenery. There are also many small restaurants along the way, which are also great.
