The location is amazing and the staff were lovely. I’m quite disappointed about the pool (or what they call a jacuzzi). Upon arrival we were informed we can only use it for 30 minutes and need to book in advance. My partner and I specially booked this hotel to spend a lazy day in the pool and were unable to do that. Had the booking stated guests could only use the pool for 30 minutes and that the time had to be booked, we never would have chosen to stay in this hotel.

I ordered superior for 3 persons. The room was not as on pictures, we got on upper floor and when I stayed in bathroom, I hurt my head of the ceiling.. it was very narrow and strange shape.. it was changed the next day, but the first experience was quite surprising..even if we were told that if we dont like rhe room it is our problem..

We are pleasantly surprised by this hotel, very well located in the liveliest street in Venice. And on the way back, we understood that there are public boats from the airport to Venice whose station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.. price 15€ per person. While to come, we took a taxi that stops us at the place of Rome + 30 minutes of walking + crossing.
However, the hotel does not provide a bottle of water, you have to go and fill your empty bottle near the pool in the bottle..

Good location hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The only thing is that it’s hard to breathe in the room, because the entire design is made with finishing material, and it’s already old (let’s just say). That's why dust is present in the air. There are no questions about cleanliness.
