Good things: The location is super good. The hotel is right at the pier where you can take a boat from St. Mark's Square. It is convenient to take a boat to anywhere. The room is also very large, the breakfast is OK, the view from the balcony of the booking building is also very beautiful, and there is a happy hour every afternoon.
Bad things: The pictures of the Ctrip booking are deceptive. The view of the standard double room is the two pictures I sent. It can be said that there is no view at all. If someone wants to book a good view, don't book a standard double room. Others are deceived by the photos of Ctrip! The hotel also arranged room 301 on the 3rd floor. It is next to the public bar and toilet on a balcony, which is a bit disgusting. For a hotel that costs more than 3,000 per night, if it is this view and environment. This really is a great Place to stay, a central location overlooking the Grand Canal a short walk to St Marks square. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are traditional Venetian tastefully furnished and very clean.

Wonderful hotel! Perfectly located. Very helpful and Friendly Staff! The room was perfect overlooking the ocean! Stunning! Venice is such a lovely place and this hotel has you close but not TOO close to all the action! We’ll be back to stay for sure!

The hotel is beautiful. Superb position. A few steps away from the bridge of sighs. Our room was stylish with wonderful views. What makes this hotel extra special though, is the fantastic rooftop terrace. Being able to watch the sunset with a glass of wine made for some wonderful photos and memories.

The Staff helped with every need. The front desk are able to give you any information that you need. Super friendly and glad to help you. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast in the morning. The rooftop bar was always nice to be there after a long day. The view from the bar is spectacular.

Hotel Locanda is ideally located with a short walk to San Marco square but also to the much lest busy and more local via garibaldi with excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed salvmeria which had amazing cicchetti. You are a 15 minute walk to rialto and a fun spot to explore the small streets out to north side of Venice. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and made an excellent breakfast. The rooftop terrace looking over the grand canal is a spectacular spot for breakfast and at night playing card with the kids while watching the streets and water at night. We stayed in a quad superior with a small balcony big enough for a chair and some relaxing time to read and relax. We stayed with our 10 and 11 year olds and the room has one queen and two twins and very high ceilings. It was extremely comfortable. Can’t say enough positive about this hotel. We very much hope to be back.

Great location right on the promenade where you get the water taxi. We had an issue with my mobile charger . Reception were very accommodating in ensuring my phone was charged for me. The room ran a little too hot for me but you can turn the thermostat down to your preference . The beds and pillows were super comfy and cleaned daily. There is a chargeable mini bar with drinks, alcohol and snacks but we didn’t use it. Would absolutely stay again .

Loved our stay at the apartment in Venice. It's in a really quiet courtyard with a little balcony (2) of the nearby canal. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and even carried our bags to the apartment, which we greatly appreciated.
