The room’s location is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The decor materials are high-end. The only issue is during breakfast—you need to be cautious as they mix included breakfast items with paid ones. If you’re not careful, you might order a paid item by mistake. They don’t explain this upfront. We complained, and we heard five other tourists from the US also complaining about unfair charges. Even though breakfast was included, who would know a large fruit platter costs extra while a small one doesn’t? When we raised this with the front desk, a slightly overweight young woman had a very poor attitude.

房間設施和衞生都可以；工作人員服務態度，禮貌周到非常好，還主動提出贈送飲品；新酒店確實設施都比較時髦新穎，有科技感現代感，令我用了語音，免得打字結果人舒適愉悦；酒店大廳空調非常足和給力，讓意大利🇮🇹8月夏日旅行絲絲涼爽，愜意；早餐還可以；地理位置非常好，距離購物商場商業區都非常近，步行很多主要景點都可達，安全係數較高；令人愉悦的一次入住體驗，不愧是評價較高的新晉五星酒店。僅供大家參考哈。

We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. We had family split throughout the city. It feels more like staying at a fancy friends home. The staff is so lovely and it seems like a family. The other hotel we stayed at had more of a name brand but not nearly this level of personal touch. Would stay here again !

We spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel last week, and for us it ticked all the boxes. Perfect location just 5 minutes stroll from St Marks Square, a small, luxurious & beautifully furnished & decorated 5* boutique hotel with incredibly friendly & helpful staff. We had a junior suite overlooking a peaceful square at the back, a lovely spacious room filled with natural light, extremely comfortable bed & great shower. Furnishings are a mix of traditional & modern, fabulous art & a light touch without too much gold & brocade. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was excellent with fruit, pastries & hot food to choose from, all beautifully presented. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough & can’t wait to go back.

Perfection
Perfect stay! It was a brief overnight between cities, but wonderful. From the service to the accommodations to the delicious breakfast...everything was over and above, and beyond expectations. We hope to be fortunate to return someday and stay for longer!
