Very nice hotel. Around it is very much shops. I feel there, like I am an king. Owner is kind. I think that I'll come back to that hotel. Price is very low, so you don't have to be rich to feel like konk or queen! Its in middle of Venice, not longer than 5 minutes away from sant. Marcos square!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Stayed with my husband as a treat for my 60th birthday and that’s all I can say is wow! The room was stunning and very very clean,overlooking a canal,just beautiful. Just one tip…. Keep window/door to balcony closed overnight as it can be a bit noisy in the mornings due to boats going through canal but I suppose that adds to the wonderful experience of beautiful Venice and this beautiful hotel.

Went for a classic double room, bed hard and now have a bad back, no lift and hardly any storage so lived out our suitcase. No tea coffee making facilities in the room. Small room and only 1 pillow each

Just returned back to the UK after a fab stay at this hotel! A great price! Check in Easy and quick. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room Room was lovely and clean, a great size. Bathroom Clean, spacious, good hot water and a powerful Shower. Location Location is perfect in the heart of everything. Breakfast We paid €5 per person per day and we are so glad we did. It was worth every penny. Pastries, ham and cheese, juice, coffee. If I ever return to Venice I will 100% book to stay here.

There were two of us, 2 nights at the end of October. Room small - much smaller than in the photo. We had the smallest room on the floor plan. Window faces the narrow 2m wide alley, making it stuffy. Dark. Loudly at night from people passing by and shouting. In the small room it is necessary to leave the window tilted at night to allow air supply. The best thing about the room was the shower. The breakfast was OK, they made an effort. Paying €375 per night for this room is extremely overpriced and a real rip-off. This cannot be justified by the central location between St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The room is worth a maximum of half, so € 180.- already includes the location bonus. Cleanliness of the room was OK - minibar couldn't be found. No water in the room.

Albergo che non si presenta benissimo dall'esterno con un ricevimento molto angusto quasi invisibile dalla strada anch'essa stretta e secondaria (ha messo in crisi google maps) La camera invece era spaziosa e confortevole, affacciata sul piccolo canale . La prima colazione, nei locali del ristorante omonimo, abbondante e di ottima qualità.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte e il mio giudizio non può che essere positivo l'hotel è pulitissimo e profumatissimo la posizione stupenda a metà strada tra Rialto e San Marco. La camera è risultata molto più ampia di quanto mi aspettassi. Anche noi siamo andati a mangiare al ristorante attiguo e lo consiglio titolari gentilissimi come il personale. Consiglio vivamente perchè vado ogni anno Venezia per il mio anniversario di nozze e per qualità prezzo lo trovo tra i migliori che ho provato addirittura migliore di alcuni 4 stelle che ho frequentato. Super fijn hotel mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam hotel is heel aangenaam en geweldig uitzicht heerlijk ontbijt zeker een aanrader zit in hartje venetie met alle restaurants en gondels grachtjes echt geweldig venetie zelf is al echt geweldig maar dit hotel was perfect voor ons verblijf hier
