Great location and a great hotel. We arrived very early before check-in and was greeted by reception. All of the formalities were gone through quickly and off we went to explore. We got the a phone call later on about 40 mins before formal checkin time to say our room was ready.
The room was very nice and clean with everything you’d need. We were on the ground floor with our windows out on to the street so was probably louder than other floors and views.

Fantastic hotel in Venice. 1 min walk from
Rialto bridge and from the water bus stop. Service was top notch and breakfast was excellent.
