We had the A/C set to 16C° and the room felt like it never got below 26-29C° and the unit had a musty smell when ever you turned it on. The first night I didn’t fall asleep till 4am because the tube for the a/c fell out and the and the radiator was on making the heat unbearable. The bathroom facilities were clean but poor due to the broken shower which I would describe as a garden hose, and the hot and cold handles were all messed up but that didn't matter since a cold shower was nice to escape the heat of my room. There’s a reason it the cheapest place in Venice so if you can’t deal with a hot stuffy room for the duration of your stay I would look at spending some more money but if you can deal with it, it’s live-able.

The only positive note, the lady of the staff, very kind and helpful. I can't save anything else. The area is very beautiful, full of locals and not crowded. But really, the rooms are small and maintenance is non existent.
