The stay was amazing and the view from the room was incredible. The stuff were friendly and welcoming making the stay feel like home. The hotel location is near to the waterbus station where it is easy to access to the main island.

The experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. We have been facing several issues since morning:
1. Wi-Fi Issues: There is no Wi-Fi signal in our room. When we reported this, we were given the standard response that a technician would only be available tomorrow, which is quite inconvenient.
2. Lighting Problems: Upon returning to our room, we found that the lights were not working. Again, the response from the staff was simply “sorry,” with no immediate action taken.
3. Poor Quality Blankets: The blankets provided are of very poor quality, resembling those found in a lodge rather than a hotel. They are mismatched in color, adding to the overall unpleasantness.
Additionally, the room size is extremely small and uncomfortable. It also seems that the staff are unwilling to listen to any complaints or feedback. I even felt a sense of discrimination in the way customers were attended to, which is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please consider other options before booking here.

The hotel is a bit far from the main pier, it takes 10 or 20 minutes to walk, and you have to wait by bus, which is not very frequent. There is a close pier but not commonly used so it is not useful. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very courteous, worthy of praise! Instead, the person who should be the owner of the house at check-in is average. Room booked for 3 days, no hot water the next morning! Take a cold shower! It's cold to sick 😑 The photos of the room are too beautiful 😅

Hotel in a good location, close to the main ferry dock. Stunning view of the lagoon, the real strong point of the structure. Good breakfast, sufficiently satisfying lovers of sweet and savoury. Cleanliness is also good (except for a small stain on a towel). Coffee and tea in the room, safe and choice of pillows. Some details are not satisfactory: a picture leaning on the wardrobe (if not hung, I would consider removing it), the curtain completely broken by the blackout plastic covering and the requested room, double, with 2 single beds joined, which just could not stay still. It remains a positive experience with an excellent quality-price ratio

Decent hotel but far from everything: 40 minutes by boat from Venice, once you have taken the boat, count on a 10-minute walk to get to a two-star luxury hotel when they are selling you a 4-star hotel!!! I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of. I would have given it a 4 or 5 rating if I had been told it was a two-star hotel. I don't understand how it can get this 4-star rating
