This is an old house and just a good location but facility is really poor and simple as a guesthouse not a hotel standard! Be careful if you have a heavy lug and stay from 2nd floor as it have no elevator

The best hotel I randomly booked on this trip, on the main island of Venice, with a very high cost-effectiveness. I think it's a hotel with everything you need for a 3-day stay. The only downside is that the mattress is a bit soft. We were very comfortable because the staff is super friendly. Without a doubt, if I come to Venice again, it's a hotel I would consider. Close to everything and easy to get to.

This was our first trip to Venice, and we could not have picked a better hotel! It was very convenient to everything. Restaurants, shops and the Grand Canal. We took a private boat from the airport, and they dropped us off within a 2-minute walk to the hotel. It was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing! They were friendly, helpful and attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was amazing! Plenty of fresh quality food! I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in Venice. If we return to Venice, we will definitely stay there again!

What a great find! The best thing about Locanda casa martini was their family staff. They were kind and informative. The breakfast was served in their enchanting little patio with a wonderful plate of fresh fruit. The room was clean, spacious and had air conditioning. Overall a wonderful place.

Location of this hotel was 10 mins from central station. Perfect location. The main entrance is situated down a little ally next to a restaurant. Code to enter with automatic opening and closing. Once inside its a step back in history beautiful venetian style. There is a lot of stairs because of its age so no lift but that didn't matter to us. The host at reception is there daily till 4.30 approx very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Very quiet and slept well with air conditioning .Breakfast was continental or egg and bacon served with a coffee of your choice and orange juice all served on the balcony.Our breakfast server was very friendly too.There was an option to leave your bags on the day of departure if you wanted to do some more sightseeing.All in All a really pleasant stay with friendly staff, hope to see you again soon.
