Difficult communication, unable to fix issues
Very difficult to find with google maps. No visible signage in front of appartment.
The location and view are great. We were able to see many gondolas pass by.
Communication was the worst I have ever seen. As soon as I paid the last bit (the visitor's tax) and received thecodes, there was NO communication.
They put only 3 pillows instead of 5. Never came to bring the extra ones. Difficult nights.
The door handle came out. Nobody came to fix it.
My problem is not the mistakes, these happen. The real issue is the lack of communication andno effort to fix them. I tried different ways to contact them: through the app and via email, with no answer, to this day.
The general company, Wonderful Italy, sent me a request for general comments, which I did. Still, they did not answer my questions.

The property communicated clearly with us the arrival instructions and we did not need a key. Very easy access and clear directions to the apartment

Good location. However, we ran into a few issues. First our main door knob was not secured in door and would easily come out. The batteries in the AC remote also weren’t working. We reported it and were told someone would come and fix it asap. No one ended up coming. We could also hear the people above us pretty well. Mosquitos were all over the place in the apartment so be aware of that.

Only washer was installed. It would have been better to install dryer as well or washer/dryer.

The property was spacious and clean however difficult to find. Unfortunately my email was blocked and couldn’t receive messages. When I called to ask how to get in she was extremely rude and not patient.

Easy, comfortable and close to the attractions
Great place to stay! Apparently there was some issues with the olumming below us but what can you expect from old beautiful buildings! Located close to everything we wanted to see and easy to find.

This property was fantastic for our family, we are 3 teens and parents and this gave us the space we needed comfortably. The only issue we had was the property was not ready at the said time and we had to wait for another hour. However we would book it again and recommend others to do so.

Only one towel provided per person. No paper towels, tissue paper, trash bags, brooms for clean up. Smelled like bug spray.
