Pessimo soggiorno. Siamo arrivati e avevamo pagato per una camera “superior” che però di superior non aveva nulla. La bottiglia di champagne come benvenuto scordatevela, nonostante noi l abbiamo richiesta non ci è stata portata; quando abbiamo richiamato per fare reclamo ci è stato detto che dovevamo risuonare il campanello e richiederla di nuovo. Non lasciate i bagagli con i gudget nella hall perché non c è mai nessuno(nonostante dicano di esserci 24/24 h) e rubano le cose. A noi hanno rubato dei gudget di Murano tagliando la busta in modo molto losco in modo da non farlo notare. Pessimo posto non ci ritornerò mai piu. La colazione non è un granché e il caffè con il cappuccino sono da pagare. Il phone per asciugare i capelli è a dir poco ridicolo, chi ha una chioma folta ci mette minimo un’ora. L’armadio aveva il gancio di apertura rotto e non si apriva.Personale poco gentile.

Abbiamo fatto un viaggio in coppia con un cofanetto smartbox per 2 notti con la camera "superior" colazione inclusa e bottiglia di spumante in camera. La stanza non era la superior e attraverso i muri e le porte si sentiva anche il minimo sussurro. La colazione dovrebbe essere inclusa ma in realtà alcune cose si pagano a parte. La bottiglia di spumante non ce l'ha portata nessuno e anche dopo averla chiesta non ci è stata data. Per concludere l'ultimo giorno dopo il check-out ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli per poterli poi venire a riprendere la sera, ma quando li abbiamo ripresi una busta era stata aperta ed era stato rubato un oggetto. Dopo aver segnalato il tutto telefonicamente sono stati anche scortesi. Poco professionali, da evitare.

Un joli endroit. A 5 minutes à pieds de l'embarcadère de Lido. L'accueil est très agréable et en Français. Les chambres ont une déco un peu vieillotte mais c'est très propre et calme. Endroit que je recommande pour une ou deux nuits sur la lagune de venise.

Bagno davvero indecente, mai ristrutturato con un bidet incluso in una tavoletta del wc (mai vista una cosa del genere) , nella doccia presenza di capelli dei precedenti turisti, formiche presenti in tutta la stanza compreso il tavolino dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Nel letto, su lenzuola presumibilmente pulite, presenza di capelli e peli. Sconvolgente che per due notti in una zona isolata del lido, quindi fuori da Venezia, una struttura del genere venga fatta pagare 300 euro. Un esperienza assolutamente da non ripetere.

Consigliato da amici, confermo di aver trovato piacevole il contesto di poche unità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Tutto molto rilassante. Posizione strategica. Camere accoglienti. Giardino curato. Uscire da questi cancelli ti fa sentire lidense.

Location molto accogliente, personale fantastico, colazione ottima, abbondante e varia. Pulizia dei locali sia privati che comuni ottima. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione imbarcadero Lido, soli 7/8 minuti a piedi. Consiglio assolutamente
