Palazzo Bembo - Exclusive Accommodation

Very centrally located to Rialto Bridge. A bit confusing to locate upon entering the building. The bottom floors are art museum. So upon entering must go up a staircase and take elevator to third floor. That being said, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, accommodations were very clean, breakfast room had a beautiful piano. A good value especially since not staying in hotel but to sleep.

Palazzo Bembo is a clean, convenient room with a lot of charm. There are only 6 rooms, so we were happy to get what we could. Space was a little tight. Though the room was planned well and the breakfast room/sitting area was right outside our door, providing an accessible place to lounge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just right and more than expected. The Bembo is not only historic, but since it is near the Rialto Bridge and on the Grand Canal, you will now notice it in so many movies. A short walk to shops, restaurants, and St. Marks as well as the ferry, taxi, and gondola services. Ideal.

I titled this 5 star experience because we felt being taken cared of well from booking reservation, check-in up to check out ! Worth mentioning is Luca who was very responsive in communications via email to all our questions . Another staff , Patricia who cleaned our room and prepared breakfast , she was all out in her service to us . And lastly Alicia who checked us out seamlessly including assisting us carry our luggage up to our water taxi .Really a 5 star experience! Surely will refer family and friends !

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel. We stayed in the Junior suite with view of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge, which was spacious, clean and had a lovely comfortable bed. The hotel is on the top floor of the building with just 6 rooms. There is a lift so no need to walk up and down the stairs. Nice selection of food at breakfast, there no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but they set up a tea/coffee station with biscuits during the afternoon/evening which you can help yourself to. There was a free bottle of Prosecco in our room on our arrival. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city, the water bus from the airport stops immediately outside. All the staff spoke perfect English. Bathroom toiletries ~ Soap, Shampoo (but no conditioner) shower gel and body lotion. There was also shower caps which were handy as we had a rainfall shower. Would highly recommend and return in a heartbeat
