The hotel is located near the train station, the area is good. You can walk to the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and other attractions of Paris. Of the minuses, the air conditioner temperature needs to be adjusted at the reception; it cannot be changed above/below the already set one. The checkout process is too long.

I can't understand all the good reviews. I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is wonderful. Only a few minutes to the train station and a vaporetto station practically right in front of the door. Bars and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. The room (single room under the attic) is very small, spartan, the furniture is almost falling apart, with a steep staircase and the ceiling is very low, so that I couldn't stand upright at 1.80m. And it's very noisy. You hear from the guests in. Neighboring room pretty much everything. The bathroom is also tiny. If you are tall or very corpulent, it becomes difficult. I hit my knees on the wall as I sat on the toilet. After I arrived I found hair on the floor and dust that wasn't even a day old. Which I found pretty disgusting. Unfortunately I cannot upload any photos for this. After I told the host, my room was cleaned immediately and it was fine after that. However, the landlord assumed that I had put the hair there myself. That's a disgrace and doesn't work at all!! You probably can't handle criticism here!! I received a negative review on Airbnb. Sergio was very unfriendly and arrogant. I didn't get to experience the famous Italian friendliness. Marcella, on the other hand, is a very nice host who provided me with everything I needed. Also tips on what you should see. Venice is a breathtakingly beautiful city and I will definitely come back. But I will choose another accommodation!!

We checked in here on a whim via Air BnB during our Italian vacation. The accommodation is very central, in a quiet location very close to the train station. Freshly renovated, the Venetian style is unmistakable and everything is technically up to date with air conditioning, refrigerator and WiFi. The hosts are very nice and there are both local restaurants and a supermarket in the area. We liked it very much. The only suggestions for improvement: bread rolls would have been nice at breakfast and the refrigerator was set too warm. But these are minor things. We will definitely come back next time we stay overnight in the beautiful lagoon city.

B&B a gestione familiare, i proprietari Sergio e Marcella super gentili e disponibili. Stanza sempre pulitissima e impeccabile, colazione abbondante. La posizione è comoda sia per la stazione sia per il centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
